Great location

We had a two bedroom apartment which although it was basic it was great value for us. There were a lot of steps which we knew about before we went but it’s a hilly area and of course it gave us fabulous views of the sea and islands. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The main beach with restaurants was just a short walk away and had a fabulous beach for safe swimming. Beautiful sea view from balcony

We were warmly greeted and shown to our appt earlier than the check in time. The appt was v clean and comfortable with amazing views of the sea. There was 8 place settings and many household articles including a dish washer which made self catering easy. Note there isn’t a kettle, toaster, oven or microwave but a 4 ring hob was sufficient for our cooking. The apartments are in a very good location but not suitable if you can’t cope with steps. There isn’t any WiFi in the apartments but you can log in outside the Reception Office. Not all the staff can speak English but we managed with a smile and lots of miming!! There is parking provided which we used for our rental car. Baia Sardinia is a lovely little place with several places to eat. This is a rather expensive area to stay. We arrived at 11am and were told that the room would not be ready for another 2 hours. There is nowhere to wait. No luggage storage. We decided to go for a walk around the area and left our suitcases on the stairs near reception. The receptionist took our phone number saying she would call us when it was going to be ready but we did not get a call. It was quite difficult to carry our luggage up to the room- there were a lot of steps. It average accommodation in nice surroundings. If you get a good deal then it’s fine. Location location

Unsure why nobody has written a review about this property for so long.Stayed for 1 week September 2017 ..property is well situated for the main beach with all its restaurants and shops. Expect to pay around 15 euros for a basic pasta however you can get an excellent pizza for 7 euros if you shop around. A large beer is expensive with most charging 12 Euros. There is a very good supermarket if you turn right from the apartments up the hill to the very bottom then turn right again and its about 200 yards on your left hand side. You will also pass the bus stop where you can visit other resorts in the area. You can buy a very good 2 litre bottle of wine for around 4,50 euro. The actual apartments do have many steps so i would suggest its not for those with walking difficulties however, the views are magnificent. mini moon retreat

Spent 4 days here after our wedding. Lovely hotel, lovely beech and lovely place. Demographic appears to be OAP age or families with babies (like us). Our visit appeared to be just prior to main holiday openings. Staff spoke good English and were always helpful and attentive. Only minor downer is that there is no kettle, a major issue with a baby. When we asked for one, a bottle warmer was provided which wasn't ideal. A charge of 30 euros was then made when we left. Something we were not told about and technically could have purchased a kettle locally for less. Spent 4 days here after our wedding. Lovely hotel, lovely beech and lovely place.
