Never again

How would I start, the room was flooded with A/C water leaking out everywhere. Was humid, stinky, dirty sheets. Breakfast was just a piece of bread with mayonnaise on it. Great hotel with a wonderful pool

I stayed at this hotel with a business associate. The rooms are large but dated, although the pool and location make up for this. They offer a buffet breakfast which is good. Also the hotel is located right by the passage way that leads from yachts parked at people's residences to the ocean. The price of the hotel is cheap when you pay in Bolívares. An hotel Very old.. not refreshed for years !! Breakfast as The image of staff.. cant compare with anything .. as much as is was untasty .. unfriendly.. no smile.. no feeling.. The Food was bouuuuuu Very expendive compte to restaurants around and look like The hotel.. hmmmmm The room is mmmm oldddd The aircon freezing with out control.. lot of damages In The walls .. bathroom never CAN be dry always some humidity all around ! swimming pool dirty.. and almost impossible to have towels!! Was a great expérience! Never go back An hotel Very old.. not refreshed for years !! It could be better

The hotel has a marina and a beautiful view of the sea. The pool area is also nice. However, the service must be improved as well as the maintenance of the rooms, because they have dirty walls and worn furniture. The restaurant menu could also be better. It is advisable to have transport as the hotel is away from restaurants and other places of interest and to get there you have to across an unsightly neighborhood The hotel has a marina and a beautiful view of the sea. Very good hotel. Poor service

The hotel is great.. Really nice, it has a beautiful marina. It has everything to be an excellent hotel. However, the service is very poor, because of the staff. Waiters at the restaurant are extremely bad tempered. Receptionist wouldnt even say "hi" to guests. The hotel is great.. Really nice, it has a beautiful marina.
