Hot Tub rejection

At check in we realized that there was no hottub at the Sea Villas. However in writing in our welcome packet it said there was a hottub at the nearby Ocean Sands where we checked in. At the Ocean Sands We were rudely told that we could not use it because of liability concerns. I came back and spoke with the manager and was rudely told that we could not use the hottub. REALLY ! Enjoyed our stay at Sea Villas

This was our first time staying at Sea Villas. My husband and I had a great time and hope to return in the future. The resort is cute, casual, clean and right on the beach. It's a short distance from many of the fun things to do in NSB including Flagler Avenue, Canaveral National Seashore, NSB Dunes Park, and the Historic Canal Street area. Great New Smyrna Beach Florida getaway.

Small but quaint condo on the beach. Near all that is good about New Smyrna Beach. We will be back to this condo in the future. New Smyrna Beach if one of the best beach towns in all of Florida and we live in Florida and have been to most all beach towns. Small but quaint condo on the beach. Nice place at New Smyrna Beach

Nice 2BR 2Ba Unit on the beach, nothing fancy but had all we needed. The nearby little town is cute with many shops, restaurants and bars. *Shops close at 5:30 pm. The only real negative for us is that on that section of the beach, there is driving and parking on the beach which we dest! Nice 2BR 2Ba Unit on the beach, nothing fancy but had all we needed. great location,....tenant rules need to be enforced.

Not much privacy due to layout of units. Resort Mgt needs to enforce rules @ noise, music and clothing/towels hanging on railings. These rules are provided in printed packet. View of ocean and access were excellent. Pool/bungalow areas were small. Zero activities provided by resort Mgt team. Two towels exchange days were a plus. Not much privacy due to layout of units.
