Not a winner

Where do I start? First gave us a room that looked out onto an unkempt funky yard(did give us a different room). Asked for hangers as there were 3 for three of us- we never did get them. Asked for a pillow on Sunday and got it on Wednesday. There were no sheets for the sofa bed which had a dirty mattress(friend slept on the floor). Went out for dinner and came back around 10 and the gate was locked and no security to let us in(they never gave us the code or told us what time they locked the entrance) . Front desk guy seemed annoyed that I asked for sheets. No lighting at night around the complex Pool freezing cold. No toilet paper in all three of the pool bathroom stalls. The area is a perfect location for day trips but found the place needed much improvement. Where do I start? This resort is just fine

We are still here and are enjoying ourself immensely. Sure it is slightly dated, but it is also well kept and our rooms were more than adequate. A car is necessary, but the beach is not an overly long walk. The staff have been exceedingly helpful, however, it would have been nice to have been informed that wifi was available for purchase at check in. If you expect to be pampered, maybe you should stay elsewhere. The restaurant has great food and as an included breakfast, it was more than enough to get our day started. A great stay and we have been treated with utmost respect. We are still here and are enjoying ourself immensely. A real désastre - stay away by all means

Attention : they are really agressive and offending . Both management as well as security The bed linen are made out of plastic - impossible to sleep Internet does NOT work ( 1st floor ) They don’t provide towels in the room - unless you ask for them specifically Hot water does not work properly You cannot park during day time You only can check in at 4pm to 6pm, because they don’t work other times Attention : they are really agressive and offending . Horrible

Shame on RCI for including this in their inventory. We stayed here May of 2019. I waited 8 months to write a review because I was initially so upset. Well, after 8 months I still get slightly nauseous thinking about the place. We arrived late in the day with our traveling partners who had never stayed in a timeshare until this trip. I was so embarrassed by the condition of this place. My friends were horrified. I expect a certain standard from RCI. They certainly let us down with this property. - Pros: The restaurant food was good. The staff were very friendly - Cons: Bedding was stained. Mold everywhere outside on the stucco and concrete. Bathroom had corner mold and the kitchen sink caulk was black. Holes in kitchen counter laminate, also strips of the laminate peeled off the counter edges with exposed plywood and glue. Dog poo squarely out front of the bedroom window/access door. Multiple instances of paint on walls, doors, trim and furniture peeling/worn/absent/damp rot. Pool area not swept/maintained/weeds pulled. (Sleeper) couch cushions didn’t settle into the couch properly, so you felt like you were falling out of the couch when sitting on it. It didn’t seem like there was anywhere to walk to in the immediate neighborhood, but we didn't stay long enough to explore. There was inadequate space in the bedrooms to live out of a suitcase, but to unpack meant one of the bedrooms had to store all clothes in a dresser in the living room. The kitchen was inadequately equipped. I think if the place was clean and well maintained, we could have overlooked some of this, but I was just grossed out even spending one night. It was late so we had to stay the first night, but left the next morning. I mean really - stained bed covers!?! I’ve never seen anything like this, and I’ve stayed in a LOT of places at all price points - including probably 25 RCI exchanges (7 or 8 in Europe). With plans and through the week in the region, I asked RCI to find us another place in the area but they refused (offering a place 4 hours away for 4 people - we had 5!). They did refund our exchange fee and gave us our points back after we checked out early. But I really hadn’t wanted to spend an entire day dealing with RCI and trying to find another place nearby (using my cell data - even the WiFi in Reception was poor). Thankfully we salvaged our trip by finding a wonderful place in Colliour through AirBnb. Makes me wonder why I bother with RCI. Shame on RCI for including this in their inventory. If you just need a bed for the night, this is your place

The place probably has been glorius during its first summer seasons, but now it is shabby and old, in need of a new coat of paint. The services were practically non-existent. We were told the restaurant is open through the year. And it is, in the morning. No lunch or dinner. No shop either. When we arrived on sunday at 19 pm, the only place to get anything to eat was a small pizza place nearby. There were restaurants in the village, but mostly quite far away. We were told the place had free internet, but not in the rooms. Only in the reception. The toilet was so small it was difficult to get in and out, and with no means to wash your hands. For that, you needed to go either to bathroom or kitchen corner. So, I cannot really recommend.
