Хороший отель с отличным питанием

Отдыхали неделю в сентябре 2019 года. Отель необычный, с закосом под трулли, в этом он интересен. Своя закрытая территория с большим бассейном, стоянкой, очень зеленая. Пляж свой, но не на территории - 5 минут вниз под горку. Заход расчищен, дно песчаное. Номера скромные, но все необходимое есть. Главное - удобные кровати и подушки. Мы, правда, в номерах особо не сидели - удобное расположение, чтобы всю Апулию объехать. Отдельно хочу написать про питание - у нас были завтраки и ужины, это просто супер еда! Очень много, очень вкусно, с национальным колоритом. Завтраки примерно одинаковые, конечно, но выбор есть на любой вкус. А вот на ужинах мы просто наслаждались! Обратите внимание, что там не только отель, но и отдельно арендованные от хозяев апарты - если бронируете их, то убирать и прочее будете сами, отель этого не делает, только выдает ключи по договоренности с хозяевами. В общем, отелем остались довольны, соотношение цена и качество для пляжного отдыха, который хочется совместить с интересными поездками по окрестностям идеально. Отдыхали неделю в сентябре 2019 года. Отличный отель возле Монополи

Мы побывали с друзьями в отеле 4 дня и нам очень понравилась большая территория, номера правда не новые, но очень чистые. Море ещё было прохладное, но два огромных бассейна с видом на море и гостеприимный персонал очень понравились. Природа красивая и близко города Монополи, Полиньяно и Альберобелло. Хуже отеля мы не встречали

Мы жили неделю в этом отеле с 30.09.17 по 07.10.17. Первыми словами дежурной, когда мы вошли в номер, были:" Туалетную бумагу , салфетки и скатерть вы должны покупать сами". Номер вообще не убирался (если ты живешь 2 недели, то уберут один раз). Мусор надо выносить самим. Постельное белье тоже самим можно было поменять только один раз во вторник. 1 октября у них закончился сезон, поэтому все точки питания на территории отеля закрылись. Ближайший ресторан или какая-то еще едальня были в городе Монополи (3 км от отеля). Автобус ходил приблизительно один раз в 2 часа. Такси же до города стоило 15 евро!!!!! Не верьте картинкам, которые показывают отель. Пляж был примерно в 250 м от отеля, но идти к нему надо было по каминистой тропе, очень грязной, было много битых бутылок. Пляжик очень маленький и грязный, рядом пляж побольше и тоже с кучками мусора. Зонтов и лежаков нет и в помине. Думаю, что и в сезон их там не будет. Номер не уютный. Плохая звукоизоляция. В номере нет wi fi. WI FI только у стойки дежурного или у бассейна. Программы по ТV только на итальянском языке. Нет никаких проспектах о ближайших интересных местах, хотя их очень много, это же Италия!. В холле главного здания, если говорят 2 человека, ощущение, что ты на базаре - столь сильная акустика. И еще. Будьте очень внимательны. Почти все поезда опаздывают, и даже их могут в последний момент отменить, что было проверено на себе, когда мы ездили в Бари. В Италии мы уже невпервые,но в Монополи первый раз приехали с дочерью.Природа,море ,как обычно в Италии,супер!!!

Очень сложно в чужой стране,когда не знаешь их языка. В отеле не оказалось ни одного русскоговорящего менеджера,к сожалению!Английский язык здесь не котируется.Но к нашему счастью здесь работали ребята из России. На протяжении всего нашего пребывания они нам помогали с переводом ,помогали в решении наших мелких проблем.НАСТЯ,АРСЕНИЙ,НИКО и ПАВЕЛ!Большое вам спасибо! Благодаря вам наш отдых был отличным! Очень воспитанные продвинутые ребята! Особое спасибо Насте,ведь к ней первой я обратилась за помощью! Успехов вам,успешной карьеры! Очень сложно в чужой стране,когда не знаешь их языка. A nice holiday! Thanks!

Understanding that you are saving on your holiday, one should consider the level of the residence. Although the club system is far from being called new, it is situated in a beautiful location! Not far from Bari and Alberobello, and fantastic beaches, you can have a great holiday in a nice company especially! The residence beach is not the best one for the kids but the little ones enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. I can not say I was impress by the evening program ‘cause I have seen much better ones before in other hotels. There is no small supermarket on the territory of the residence which is not convenient at all and you should take your car to drive to the supermarket which is 1 km from this place. One other thing that made the holiday not the most enjoyable one: no air conditioning when it is +35 C outside. You feel like in a sauna 24 hours a day. Not taking into account all these disadvantages like *no air conditioning *no supermarket nearby * the beach not adapted for the kids You can have a great vacation because •the location is outstanding •lots of great restaurants nearby •and if you travel with a fantastic company. Worst holiday resort experience

Firstly do not trust the pictures and the write up from the hotel. Admittedly the area outside is well landscaped and very pretty, unfortunately it ends there! The rooms were in such poor repair it was shocking, no real kitchen just a sink next to a hob (no cooker) with no work surface. You cannot cook and use the sink at the same time without risk of burning yourself. The sink was surrounded by mould. All the furniture was battered and worn to the degree it was mostly unusable. Draws falling apart, door handles coming off in your hand. There was no air conditioning despite the brochure saying it has and the air extractor in the bathroom didn't work so it was like having a sauna every time you took a shower. The hot water was inconsistent in temperature and you had to be ready to turn off the shower at a moments notice if it started to scald or freeze you, very dangerous to be honest. Beds were mostly inadequate except for the double which was fine. No safety rail on top bunk bed. The bug screen on the door had holes so we were constantly finding bugs in our room, we all got bitten. Then there is the beach...the beach itself was beautiful but to get there was a rather treacherous hilly walk, ok if you are young and fit and don't need to carry too much with you. Very steep in places and the handrail is broken in a few places. We went on September 23 and were told the season was closed (weren't informed of this when booking) so no sunbeds or umbrella on the beach. I managed to fracture my ribs getting up and down off the rocky surface. Ended holiday in A&E. There was no entertainment whatsoever and all the restaurants and bars were closed unless you were full board. If you wanted to use the pool you had to wear a swimming cap which none of us had and the hotel did not supply. There were only deck chairs by the pool so you couldn't sunbathe there either. Two of the staff were helpful but the rest were rude or just ignored us. Most did not speak much English so communication was not easy. Hotel wouldn't call us a taxi but offered us a shuttle to town for €15, it as only 2km away, we got a bus in the end for just €1. Really I have nothing good to say about this place except it is near Monopoli which is an amazing city. If you can manage to get to the beach safely it is a lovely rocky cove. I understand they do have better rooms than the ones we stayed in but be warned the pictures do not reflect the resort. You may want to check which dates are "in season" as we had been advised the season ends at the end of September but everything was clear closed when we arrived. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay but we were allowed to go and exchange towels for new ones on a specified day. Also on arrival they asked us for a€200 cash deposit for the room which we refused to pay. We had not been advised of this and found it laughable that they thought we might damage anything as everything was already broken! They would not accept the payment on a card and we did not want to give them our euros, after much complaint and negotiation we were let off this. Una vacanza indimenticabile

I spent five wonderful days with my partner and three children (9,10 and 14 years old boys). We were greeted and made to feel welcome straight away. In particular Angelo at reception was absolutely amazing..... we were looking for a villa-stay solution so that all of us could benefit from privacy and en-suite facilities. Angelo suggested we rented a whole "cupoletta" (Dome) which includes four separate bedrooms with en-suite, air conditioning, fridge and balcony in each room. We were given the master key for the entrance so we had complete privacy and we could keep the bedrooms doors open overnight. Absolutely fantastic. The staff could never do enough for us: Antonio, the bar manager, was professional, friendly and efficient. The food was spectacular and the staff at the restaurant prompt and friendly, especially Mario and Piero. The life guards were professional friendly and efficient, and made sure everyone in the pool would play safely.... a special mention to Cinzia and Leo for being so caring. The premises are sparkly clean, the massive terrace kept clean and tidy by the life guards themselves. My partner got stung by a wasp and the entire resort staff was concerned... they have an A&E office with on-site nurse who treated the bite and had cortison cream especially delivered in no time!!! Entertainement was non-stop all day with choice of line dancing, games, singing, mini club, night shows and night time dancing under the starry Puglia sky.... A special thank you to Paolo, the manager, very friendly and helpful. The rooms might be a little "tired" as some reviews say, but they are kept clean and the beddings and towels changed every day. It was a fabulous immersion in the true italian holiday experience and we will come back next year for a longer stay. Grazie a tutti e arrivederci all'anno prossimo!!!! Isolated

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Though there were some negatives. Our room was very shabby without air conditioning although we noticed that other parts of the resort, had this. We were in Block Three on a timeshare swap this apparently is owned separately from the rest of the resort. The Pizzaeria served reasonably priced food although somewhat limited in choice, other than pizza. The resort was very noisy due to Italian school holidays, early mornings and evenings especially. The swimming pools are lovely but can get very busy. Great entertainment Italian style around the pool. It was an experience, but please take note that you need to drive everywhere as the resort is isolated. We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Though there were some negatives. Beautiful location but worn out rooms

This is a beautiful location where is perfect for families want to go on a beach vacation. The only drawback is that the rooms feel like an old worn out ski lodge from the 1970s. The place needs to be updated to continue business. Breakfast choices could be improved there is a lack of cereal.
