Не повезло с номером

Такой красоты как на фото мы не увидели- наши окна выходили на парковку. Очень доброжелательный и приветливый персонал. Очень вкусные завтраки и ужины! Чисто и уютно. Хороший отель для семейного отдыха

Оказались в отеле по рекламной компании. Приличный номер, большой балкон, есть стиральная машина. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Прямо у гостиницы останавливается автобус 467 , на нем за 1,50 евро с человека можно доехать до Лас Кристианос, где хорошие пляжи. К сожалению, рядом с гостиницей нет пляжа, только спуск как в бассейн, скалы. Но всё равно очень красиво. Каждый вечер интересное шоу у бассейна, бесплатно. Расписание их тоже у бассейна есть. Противоречивое

Отдыхали 2 недели с детьми. Очень тихое, спокойное место. Приветливые люди. Город грязноват (владельцы собак за своими питомцами не убирают, а собак много). В номерах убирают часто но поверхностно (В углах остаётся грязь). В номерах новая сантехника. Есть стиральная машина. Отдыхали 2 недели с детьми. Очень тихое, спокойное место. Приветливые люди. Хороший апартотель для всей семьи зимой

Мы были тут в январе 2018. Отель большой буквой "П", а внутри открытое пространство с бассейном + маленьким бассейном для детей. Там же ресторан, маленький супермаркет, бар, детская площадка, парикмахерская, дайвинг-клуб. В фойе у ресепшн имеется массажное кресло, автоматы с холодными и горячими напитками. Наш семейный апартамент был ок. 80 кв.м. с двумя спальнями, двумя туалетами с ванной, тремя балконами. На кухне вся техника в наличии: холодильник, плита с духовкой, микроволновка, кофеварка, чайник, стиральная машина. При заселении в наличии было лишь пару кусочков мыла и несколько рулончиков туалетной бумаги. Всё остальное надо покупать самим. В 10 минутах ходьбы (налево от входа вверх по улице) находится большой супермаркет "Хермуса", но цены там дороже чем в больших "Меркадонах" в больших торговых центрах. Рядом с отелем можно подняться на гору Монта Амарилья. В 15 минутах ходьбы или 3 минуты на машине - улица Хосе Антонио Тавио со множеством ресторанов и кафе с недорогими ценами. Но до порта и центра Лос Галлетас идти полчаса или 10 минут на машине. На машине до Лос Кристианос или аэропорта, или "Акваланда", "Сиам" всё бысто - 20/30 минут. В спальнях очень хорошие кровати/матрасы. Насекомых не было, только пару мини-муравьёв и пару комариков ночью залетело. Еду мы покупали сами. Один раз покушали в ресторане - невкусно (мясо, курица). Очень тихий и уютный городок!!!

Очень красивый берег,океан,небо,горы и приветливые люди!!!НО пляж ТОЛЬКО для молодёжи!!!В воду спуск по лестнице и полежать на берегу НЕ удастся!!!Выход--только БАССЕЙН!!А так хочется в океан окунуться!!! Marino Hotel goes from hero to zero

My wife and I holidayed here back in September 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed it the food was great the staff friendly evening entertainment was good we had no complaints. We had planned a holiday to Brazil earlier this year which we had to cancel so to make up for this and having not had a holiday for five years we decided to revisit somewhere we had been before Marino hotel in Tenerife was agreed on and booked through the hotel website. The booking was for 13 days half board for three adults this was accepted bt the hotel in April as we had extended our stay from 7 to 13 days there was no indication that the Hotel was not a fully functioning hotel. Then I got an email on 4th June saying some functions were not operating very vague on details and still quoting half board prices, as this was just two days before we were due to leave there wasn't much we could do at that late stage. On arrival we were told that the hotel was basically mothballed and doing self catering only needless to say we were not very happy at being deceived in this way and made our displeasure known to the manager. Her response was that we could get our food from the super mercado up the road, there was not much we could do so we paid self catering for 12 days and have done our best to enjoy our downgraded holiday. We had already lost a day due to our airline rescheduling our flights so this was another blow, the apartment was good but cleaning and provision of clean towels has been well below what was promised and it is very unlikely we will come back here again. The hotel is closing for a refurbishment from July until January 2022 when it reopens a change in management to a team that understands hospitality is also necessary until that happens this is one to avoid. Three weeks before the booked half a year earlier stay with half board, they write via booking.com that the restaurant, swimming pool, reception desk are not working and the rooms are cleaned once a week. Mockery. Read the current reviews on booking.com before choosing this place. Rooms very poor!

Large rooms but mainly massively outdated. Studios looked more up to date and better equipped than 1-bedroomed units. Many things damaged in my 1st room! Broken oven, rusted and incomplete washing machine, rusted and leaking fridge. Had to wait 4 days for a change of room. 2nd room better but no oven and only 2 hobs, damaged bath and kitchen wall units tilted and moving away from the wall. My double bed was 2 single mattresses put together but they kept separating in the night. My estimate is 2.5- 3 star. Only good point was the cleaning staff who were ultra efficient, leaving everything cleaned to a very high standard. My second room was 309 and 1st room was 245. Good

We have just stayed there for 2 weeks and enjoyed most of it. We stayed in a studio. Comfortable beds, good shower. Really nice staff. Room 304. Great sea view and sun on the balcony. Bad bits. The pictures they show on their web site don't really reflect what it is like. The rooms really need modernization. The towels they give you, 2 for 2 people for 4 days are as big as a napkin and pretty useless for a 90 kilo person. There is no where to sit if you want to watch television. You have to lie on the beds. And they give you just 2 of everything. 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 knives etc. But I have to say for the price we paid it wasn't that bad.
