Disappointed that there’s no cleaning service for a 7 day stay! That makes no sense.

We are here for 7 days, booked 2 units 10 people in total. Only to find that due to COVID-19 regulations there won’t be any cleaning services. If we’d known that we’d be expected to clean our own units during our stay, we wouldn’t have chosen this resort. You could at-least clean the units on alternate days! Being on holiday means a break from our everyday duties back at home. We are here for 7 days, booked 2 units 10 people in total. EXCELLENT LOCATION AND STAY

This place has been wonderful, beautiful location, nicely built chalets with ll required amenities, good helpful staff, loads of things to at the chalets as well as surrounding areas. A must visit place. Disappointing

Having looked forward to our break for months we were very disappointed when we walked into our chalet. The kitchen units were rotten at the bottom, the drawer didn't close and the general cleanliness was off putting. The towels and tea towels smelt unwashed, along with the bed linen. The bathrooms smelt of urine, the shower door you couldn't see through it and the plug holes had thick black mould round them which I managed to get off with a lot of scrubbing, just to make us feel better when using the sink. The curtains had rips in them and I'm not sure the cushions in the living area have ever been washed. The freezer door all the rubber had come off so it didn't close properly. The setting of the Chalets are amazing with sea views over a beautiful beach and the pool area is lovely. Lovely place

Lovely place and views, excellent for kids especially by the pool area, only issue was the old curtains and bikes which were few that worked either than that we had a wonderful stay. Kowie River Chalets

Highly recommended - my overseas visitors were blown away. The Seaview was awesome, the proximity to the beach as well as eatery, a stones throw away. The accommodation and service was really very good Highly recommended - my overseas visitors were blown away.
