Great Ruidoso Find!

We will be back to this location for sure. Absolutely enjoyed our stay! I read past reviews after I’d already booked and was leery based on what I read…but when we arrived I was more than pleasantly surprised! Not sure if it’s under new management or what! The staff was helpful, professional, and accommodating. The condo was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the best back deck views to date! This is our new spot when visiting Ruidoso! Exceeded our expectations! We will be back to this location for sure. Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Run from Champions Run!

Location was okay, that's about it. We decided to stay only 3 of the 7 nights I paid for. Unit was outdated, unclean, had bugs and was not comfortable. Cups and plates were cracked and had layers of old discolored grime, faucets green with mold, washer plugged with soap residue and old stagnant water. Light bulbs out. Windows didn't all lock. Don't stay here. No one on site to check in with. Location was okay, that's about it. We decided to stay only 3 of the 7 nights I paid for. Too many stairs in old unoit

Old appliances, minimal pans and dishes, no cutting board and four flights of stairs. Electric plugs in master bedroom inadequate and resulted in my oxygenator turning off during the night - dangerous. No longer RCI?

Sad to see the state of this place from 12 yrs ago. A/C and internet didn't work. Most windows wouldn't stay up and most didn't have screens. It was a well maintained place 12 years ago and now it was an embarrassment. The enclosed balcony off the upstairs bedroom was disgustingly filty. The unplugged alarm clock had a layer of dirt on it. One of the bathrooms could not be unlocked. Coffee cups had a black film on the inside of them which I could remove from washing so why were they dirty? You must call a phone number to check in and check out so make sure you have a cell phone with you. Sad to see the state of this place from 12 yrs ago. A/C and internet didn't work. Could Be Better

No kitchen towels. Called for a set and was told maintenance had gone home for the day. Ask for them to be delivered the next day and they never showed up during the week. Had to use bath towels for the kitchen. Many of the bath towels were stained. Floors needed to be swept, mopped, and vacuumed, so I swept, but no vacuum or mop were located in the unit. Check in was tricky, since no one was on site. You have to call a telephone number to remotely check in. The unit had an ant problem and we bought ant bait to help out with the problem.
