Отличный отель

Отличный отель вдали от шума и суеты! Парковка для гостей бесплатна, главное не забыть получить парковочный талон. За сейф пишут тут берут по 10 баксов, не знаю, с нас при выезде ничего не взяли. Лифт это проблема, да, приходится ждать по 5-7 минут, но есть решение - стоя к лифту лицом пройти вправо до конца и там будет дополнительный лифт, он гораздо больше и новее основного. Вокруг с едой все скудненько, за отелем только один 7/11. Но вот если пройти по дороге от моря через мост, то сразу за ним справа будет огромный Publix, там куча еды и прочих вкуснях! Подводя итог, скажу, что если ехать в отель по системе RCI, то он офигенный, но если платить по 200 баксов за ночь, то можно найти варианты получше и поновее! Отличный отель вдали от шума и суеты! Great Location

Ron at the pool bar is great. He is never cheap on the booze. The rooms are a bit outdated but everything else outweighs the room quality. They could definitely use some new pool chairs. when we went October 2021 the hot tub was broken and couldn't access the upper deck so the lower deck was crowded. Ron at the pool bar is great. We had a wonderful stay and staff very joyful and helpful.

Check in and check out went super fast and no problems. Our room was very clean and spacious and we had everything we needed. The room was very quiet and had a great view. Packing was not a problem. Only negative aspect was the guests not respecting the wearing of masks and keeping their distance. Check in and check out went super fast and no problems. new experience with RCI

RCI is a disaster. I upgraded several times. It only cost me more money and it still NOT good. RCI can never give me what I ask for. I think they sell more units then what they really have available. You can not talk with anybody to solve the problem. The only thing they try to do is trap you in more upgrades and more payments RCI is a disaster. I upgraded several times. The resort is replacing both elevators and the entire hot tub level. One elevator car plus the service elevator equals slower going up and down. No mid-week housekeeping. They’ll drop TP and fresh towels by your door. The gym is missing all the lighter dumbbells and all the carabiners for the Cybex machine making it useless. Stolen. They need a camera in there. One block from beautiful beach, many good restaurants nearby, several nearby places to buy beach stuff, T-shirts, souvenirs, booze, and Costco delivery for cooking in the room if you want to. Disappointed

Unfortunately this stay was very disappointing for the following reasons. Only one lift in operation Sun deck and jacuzzi not open Reception gave another guest our room key and my wife had a stranger walk in to our bedroom The black lady with the white hair who mans reception needs training in customer care or preferably be sacked for the way she talks to guests The sound proofing between rooms and the corridors is nonexistent Unfortunately this stay was very disappointing for the following reasons.
