Большой отель в виде небольших вилл с красивой огромной территорией,номера с мини-кухней и со всем необходимым (тарелки,вилки,ножики,бокалы) есть место для барбекю,бассейн,джакузи,прекрасное место для отдыха с семьей и друзьями. Great service

We had a two week stay at the Villas. From check in ( Kiara and Brooke) to the end the staff was great. A SPECIAL mention for Imelda. She helped solve a problem quickly efficiently and with unbelievable concern that we had a great visit. She is terrific and one big reason we enjoyed our stay. Bravo Imelda. Great time at the Villas!!

We stayed here 11/12-11/19 2021 through our timeshare. The resort is nicely landscaped, clean and quiet. We stayed right next one of the many pools and had a great time. While visiting the Desert go to Joshua Tree, The Living Desert and the air Museum. Thank Marriot for a great week!! We stayed here 11/12-11/19 2021 through our timeshare. Spoiled, great clean well appointed villa

The villas are high end, ours was recently renovated with new carpet, furnishings, drapery and completely painted inside. I know because I was here 2 years ago, and even then I thought the villas were great. But it is not just the villas and management/maintenance of the units it truly is the staff. I have been at the Villas II 3 times and each time I am impressed with the staff mostly, right from contracted gardeners to the cleaning/maintenance people and check in staff, these people are what makes this place run so well. This time we stayed for 3 weeks, previously it was 2 week stays, I would gladly move in if that was allowed. It is a time share property that offers up shorter stays but once I am unpacked I don't want to leave. Thank you once again for a great vacation experience. Great visit!

First, let me say I never hesitate to leave a bad review. I did not experience the negative issues some posted. We have used this resort since 1994. As we get a little older, we appreciate the quiet views at Jasmine Court. If you want to be close to the action, stay at the main entrance. I do think the staff should monitor mask compliance at the gym OR rearrange the aerobic equipment. The unit was very clean, furniture & beds comfy. The front desk was very helpful on several occasions. My only suggestion which I asked for last time: The smaller pools between the buildings used to be adult only. PLEASE give us an adult only pool on this property!! We are impressed that things went as well at this resort after a turbulent year and we will be back next year. Decent experience despite loud unruly neighbors downstairs and at pool

Had a four night stay at Villas II and for the most part we enjoyed our visit. We had booked through a third party company which I'll never use again, because check in was more complicated than it needed to be, based on lack of knowledge by front desk staff. A little disappointed to notice mask protocol was not enforced as much as it could have been around the property. We stayed in the Jasmine Court section of Villas II, and the first couple of evenings were quite pleasant. We had an upstairs unit facing the mountains and one of the two golf courses. The golf course was closed while we were there, so it was very quiet sitting on the balcony overlooking the golf course on the first two evenings. However, after the first two evenings, a large group of families traveling together arrived and all bets were off as far as respect for quiet. My husband had to shout down to the group one evening as they were partying and loud talking well into the later evening hours. The pool was lovely and quiet during the first two days, but then again, more folks arrived including one group of five men ranging in age, a couple of grownups and three kids of various ages. On that afternoon, they were so loud and unruly that other folks who had been enjoying the pool got up and left when they started jumping in and out of the water and lamenting they hadn't brought a football so they could toss it around. There was even a security guard there and he didn't do anything to let them know they were disturbing other guests. We specifically asked for a quiet area of the resort, so it's too bad this group of five had to spoil the pool experience for everyone else. Aside from that, the fitness room at Jasmine Court was well maintained and clean, as were the grounds around the buildings. Then again, on our checkout day, we noticed someone had left an empty champagne bottle at the bottom of a flight of steps and there was a ground beef taco with lime wedges lying on the ground by someone's truck.
