Отличный курорт для спокойного отдыха

Рекомендую, любителям активного отдыха и желающим отдохнуть от городской суеты. Развлечений на самом курорте конечно нет, но все в пешей доступности. Unreasonable owner in B3

We booked with Kieran in B-3 Lago Verda Lanzarote several times for multiple weeks and again booked for April 2020. For the first 2 weeks of March we went to Grand Canary then our plan was to go to Lanzarote for 6 weeks. Unfortunately COVID-19 left us stranded in Grand Canary with all our flights canceled and no way to get to Lanzarote. Kieran of B-3 was fully aware of the situation as we kept him posted of our situation. We never could get a flight to Lanzarote so we took a repatriation flight home from Spain to Canada and occurring an additional cost of $5000.00 to get home. Kieran would not refund our deposit. Given the world pandemic we believe it is total unreasonable for Kieran to keep our deposit. We had booked this unit several times in the past and you would think in good faith he would refund the deposit or propose a credit towards a future rental opportunity. We will not book B3 again. There are a lot of units nicer in Lago Verde that you can rent, so I recommend researching other options. Another excellent holiday in well equipped apartment omplex with view to die for....

Two bedroom apartment with massive outside balcony overlooking the port/marina and the blue Atlantic Ocean with Fuerteventura on the horizon. Apartment equipped with oven, electric cooker and fridge freezer (how can you have a proper G&T without a freezer for the ice !!! ) - two good sized bedrooms. Also has TV and DVD player and comfortable lounge furniture.0 The complex has central washing machines for residents use (€5). Infinity pool with plenty of sunbeds and poolside snack bar Two supermarkets within easy walk Two bedroom apartment with massive outside balcony overlooking the port/marina and the blue Atlantic Ocean with Fuerteventura on the horizon. Suite 15 -Gorgeous Accommodation

We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying in suite 15. The accommodation has everything you could want and is stunning with a gorgeous view. The property is managed by John who was very friendly and professional. It is a fair walk to the strip but plenty of stuff along the way. We travelled during Covid-19 restrictions so a lot of stuff in the old town were closed. Spar across the road was very handy. Welcome greeting by hotel manager Andrew. Pool shack was lovely, reasonably priced and run by 2 of the nicest people. We would highly recommend suite 15. We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying in suite 15. Fifth visit to Lago Verde complex within a year

A friendly apartment (mix of 1 and 2 bedrooms) complex (c40 apartments) that offers exceptional spacious apartments with magnificent sea views overlooking the port, the ocean and Fuerteventura Friendly and helpful on site management and excellent family run pool bar - Tony, Louise, Michelle and Paul Plenty of poolside sunbeds and heated pool Clientele is mix of Brits, Irish, Northern Europeans - mainly couples (50+) Located in quieter end of town but within 10 mins stroll of many restaurants and bars. Be aware that the complex is built on a hillside and does not have easy access from apartments to pool area for those with restrictive mobility Already booked to go back there in September and December!!!! Perfect Holiday

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in apartment A5. We honestly couldnt fault a thing! This comfortable apartment is bright, spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated throughout. Plus it is on the highest level in Lago Verde so the views from the living area and balcony are to die for! There are ceiling fans throughout the apartment plus additional AC units in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you could possibly need, including a full size fridge-freezer. I could happily live in this apartment year round! John, the gentleman taking care of the apartments rental, is a pleasure to deal with also. The complex itself is just wonderful. The pool area is stunning with fantastic views over the harbour. The pool shack bar serves fantastic food and drinks all day, with the best service you could hope for from the lovely family who run it. We will definitely be returning!
