We wanted to go for breakfast at a Restaurant this morning and saw Dikhololo Restaurant near our farm. When we arrived at the gate we were turned away very rudely by a white man, not sure if he's the Manager. Tried phoning the Restaurant but no one answered the phone. Worst GETAWAY experience

Accommodation was below standard. Rooms dirty. Bedding was old and nasty. White security manager was rude and nasty. Treated us worse than second class citizens. Besides the attitude of 90 percent of visitors who blatantly have tendencies of superiorirty the place is not worth the effort to get there or spend anything. In future start scanning your visitors... Every time children of COLOUR get into the green swimming pools everyone gets out. Accommodation was below standard. Rooms dirty. Bedding was old and nasty. Bad customer services and understaffed

Booking-in took way too long, and then when I arrived at the shop 5 mins prior to them closing the guy rudely closed the door, almost scolding at me and chasing several elderly people away from the shop. This is the only place to buy any amenities. When you get to reception and have to purchase electricity for the aircon even though there is no ceiling fans in the room that feels like an oven, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The ladies at reception seemed annoyed by an elderly man asking for newspaper just to light his fire. Never have I felt so unwelcome when arriving at a resort. Amazing break away in tranquility

I love this place which is why I have been coming back for 18 years now. I love to take photos on foot and this reserve allows this. My favourites are their Giraffes and now their Sable including a magnificent bull from each herd. All the game are fat and well fed. Amenities are clean, functional and they are busy upgrading all the time so as to keep modernising. Chalets have everything you need to hideaway during the hottest parts of the day or you can head to their refreshing pool with their upgraded decks and most devine pizzas. Only 2 are on offer but they are really good and there is a large snack menu that can keep you going during the stay and you will get fat like the game LOL. There is a great restaurant which I did not use this time. Staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Only down side on the chalets was a bed that was rather hard, no bouncing on it at all but all else was well equipped and the staff had even thought of putting fresh water in the ice trays. Chalet was cleaned every day and no issues there at all. Had an issue with 2 neighbour chalets that felt that a thumping night club is order of the day. A quick call to reception had security there within minutes and the following day they had left or just gone very quiet. Overall, I came back relaxed and with loads of photos. Next time I will stick to the winter months where it is quieter and less vegetation which makes taking photos a lot easier. Well done to all that run the camp, you are doing an awesome job. Accommodation

Dikholo is a beautiful resort situated in Brits. The rooms are being renovated and so is the main area of the resort . We were not allocated a refurbished unit and were greatly disappointed by the interior of the old units. Its small and dingy. The amenities available are not bad. Once renovations are done I think it will be good. One suggestion is to up the entertainmnent for adults and kids. The lady that does the kids arrived is not friendly or entertaining to the kids. Also more variety of vegetable dishes should be introduced onto the menu. Definitely just a 3 star resort. Dikholo is a beautiful resort situated in Brits.
