This is a great spa and hotel, very comfortable and outstandingly clean. While the usual US amenities are not available at this resort, there is still much to do here. Take a taxi to the towncenter!!! This is a great spa and hotel, very comfortable and outstandingly clean. Lovely Resort

Exceeded our expectations! Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus sitting room condo with balcony overlooking grounds (no kitchen). This is a large, beautiful resort with immaculately maintained landscaping and excellent service. The on-site restaurant is outstanding and a very good value. Location is a quiet, gated neighborhood; taxi to the Cuernavaca historic district was about $5 US (one way, 2 people). Resort staff was very helpful in arranging day trips with private driver (such as to Taxco). There was some construction going on which did affect our sleep, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Resort staff did their best to minimize the impact. Only complaint is: no in-room coffee and no coffee available until 8 a.m. in the restaurant. Exceeded our expectations! They pretend to be something they are not!

We were given a 30 day pass in order to try the place, the food and all amenities. The place sucks and the staff is not trained or used to deal with tourists, either domestic or local. They want to make sure you are in an upscale place when it is clearly the opposite. The location is quite away from Cuernavaca and we ended having a legal hassle over a deposit we wanted back and they refused to give it back over a technicality. The food is bad, no taste at all, the service is bad so is the staff. And we were informed by other guests that the rooms are packed with fleas...particularly on long weekends.
