Don’t believe all the reviews

I was very hesitant about booking here after reading the reviews. Because of the location we went for it and are so glad we did. As some reviews state this is a older hotel. Some things need to be updated. The kitchen chairs are worn but sturdy and clean. The sofa was not really comfortable but clean and did the trick. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensils and supply’s we needed. The bedroom was a bit tight but the bed was comfortable. We had a first floor one bedroom at the pool. The unit is a little tight and I would not recommend for more than two people. We were in room 109 which was basically the center of the building. The location was very convenient however we did not have a view of the ocean. There was easy access to the beach. There was plenty of towels and linens. I would recommend bringing some extra hangers, there was only a few. Everything was within walking distance. Grocery store was a few blocks along with a few neighborhood bars and restaurants. We did not have a car and used Uber to get around when needed, We would rather have had our own car but rental prices were just too high right now, the pool area was excellent with plenty of chairs and hot tubs. I will add that we are used to staying in high end hotels and were satisfied with our accommodations. We booked with RCI. I was very hesitant about booking here after reading the reviews. A nice little getaway from home

We loved our stay at Peppertree! Our room was ground floor, I loved that we had 2 balconies! We were a very short walk to the pool and parking lot. I also loved that each room has a separate entry door and we didn’t have to walk through a lobby or closed hall to get to our room. The unit was clean upon arrival. The bed was very soft and I’m already missing the pillows they had. Water pressure and temperature is nice, which you know is a big deal if you’ve stayed at many random hotels haha. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I forgot coffee filters and they nicely gave me some of their own. We never had any issues with noise or anything. Probably will never visit again..

On the 1st floor were in the family rooms with a balcony and the kids upstairs running around late at night. Had to call on my personal phone to get a had of someone because no one else answering the main phone. Then early I the morning we were woken up by loud people walking by and service carts ready to clean other rooms. The walls are very thin and I think the rooms need to be updated. Ocean view

If you book room 607 (2bdr) you're in for a pleasant stay. No one above you and no one to the one side. Condo was clean with plenty of thick towels, beach towels and double sheeted beds.. Lots of pillows and kitchen well stocked. Watched the maintenance crew everyday clean around the pools, sanitizing the pools, hot tubs, and lounge chairs and cleaning outdoor shower areas and elevators. Within less then a 1/2mile is Boulineau's grocery store that has everything you need plus a great take out salad bar and hot foods. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. Great place for a Beach stsy

First time stay . Great location in Cherry Grove. Easy beach access and friendly service. Room was nice and accommodating. Clean upon arrival. Easy check in and check out at office.
