На территории курорта к услугам гостей красивое кафе Gingerbread, мини-супермаркет, бесплатные пляжные полотенца, шезлонги и зонты, плавательный бассейн с пресной водой на берегу океана и теннисный корт. Проживание в апартаментах с одной или двумя спальнями для 4–6 человек. Во всех номерах есть полностью оборудованная кухня. В апартаментах с двумя спальнями имеется отдельная терраса с видом на пляж и море.

Great Views!!!!

The units are spacious, clean, and have a great ocean view. The pool is on the small size, but who needs a pool with the beach a few steps away! The resort staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is tasty with a nice menu selection and daily specials. They have happy hour every day and offer a variety of drinks. Wifi is provided. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. On site Covid test is available. The resort is not on a main area so either a car or taxis will be needed to enjoy the island. Taxis are $5-$8 pp. My only complaint about the resort is that the units are dated and could use some serious updates. The units are spacious, clean, and have a great ocean view. Great views

Every room has an Ocean view. The water is very clear and has some good snorkeling spots. If you’re looking for more action you will need to rent a car. The Gingerbread House is located on site and does offer good meals and drinks. You can walk down to Divi for more entertainment in the evening and dining options. The room although need some updating are very clean. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the beach and calm water. Every room has an Ocean view. Belair Beach Hotel

We had a great vacation at the Belair Beach Hotel on St Maarten. The staff was so accommodating! They provided each of us with our own chaises and umbrella right on the beach, which was right outside our door. The rooms were older but clean and nice. They supplied a wheelchair when I broke my ankle and even sent me flowers! We loved it !! We had a great vacation at the Belair Beach Hotel on St Maarten. The staff was so accommodating! Great Place to stay

Very nice place that is clean and well maintained with a very nice staff that is happy to help in every way. A good little restaurant on site with 3 next door at another resort. A nice clean beach with gentle waves and no rip tides that I noticed. Only con being some of the tiles (out side restaurant and lobby) are very slippery even when dry recommend going bear foot Very nice place that is clean and well maintained with a very nice staff that is happy to help in every way. Serene vacation - West Indian charm

My daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting Belair for her birthday in October. This resort is nestled in the bay area and is quiet. The location also provides calm beach waters. Upon arrival, we elected to go to the main grocery store to stock up for the week and filled in what we needed from the onsite mart. Having a car is helpful as taxis average about $15.00 each way to restaurants in Simpson Bay. The on-site restaurant, Gingerbread Cafe is charming and the chefs know how to cook Caribbean cuisine. No complaints! The beach is so calm and clean. We loved having reserved beach chairs during our stay, and Ritchie made sure they were ready for us every day! Ms. Frances was super pleasant and helpful in arranging our tours. The front desk was polite and helpful, arranging for taxis and answering any questions we had about the resort or the area. Loved having the on-site COVID test. A little pricer than Maho, but no wait and they printed out your results! The views from the room were fabulous and although the rooms are not modern, I appreciated the West Indian charm. Felt like home and I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a great experience and a restful vacation. Shout out to the wait staff in Gingerbread Cafe, the front desk (Ms. Thomas and Catherine were super), Ms. Frances, my daughter loved her dives and the catamaran tour and Ritchie, your smile brightened our day! P.S. upon our arrival, there was a birthday basket waiting for my daughter. It was filled with goodies that we ate all week. Those personal touches made our stay extra special! Thank you!
