Amazing Resort

Outstanding service amazing location great family holiday Loved it definitely our family choice They went over & beyond to accommodate our requirement.. Will keep returning here as extremely happy with how our requirement was handled with dignity & respect.. Fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment

I stayed at this fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment for one week. We were located on the third floor with sweeping views of the Broadwater. We requested a high floor despite knowing that there is no lift. I recently had a knee replacement and did not find this at all challenging. Whilst rooms are not serviced the resort managers are friendly and will provide any extra supplies upon request. Apartment includes washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Balcony with seating was a great place to take in the views. Location at Labrador is very quiet and wouldn’t normally be my first choice but was all that I could get at short notice through Classic Holidays. Car would be preferred however we used the bus to get to Southport and the bus tram to reach Surfers Paradise where there is shopping, restaurants and bars. Locally within walking distance there are some options like Thai, Japanese, Seafood and a service station where there is a mini mart. Overall a great stay. No elevators

If you are not young & fit request a ground floor as there are no elevators or any help from staff available! The best thing about this resort is that it is around the corner from the bus stop from which you can catch a bus & link with other buses & the train to get to most places on the Gold Coast. Perfect location for the family the park was just across the road and the beach was right across from the park Exellent

location We did not have to go very far, shopping center was 10 minutes down the road. Friendly stuff and very helpful. They bikes and cayaks that you could use for free. Week on the Gold Coast

This resort was not near many shops so one had to drive to get to foodie places, etc! The lack of a lift is a major problem for this resort and one has to carry their cases up 2 - 3 flights of stairs! The shower is over the bath and this is difficult for many folk who can't climb over the edge. Frankly it is dangerous.
