stayed before but this time was not as good

we have stayed at this location 3 times. This time was byfar the worst. From checkin to actually getting to the unit and checking out. Since they have sold the location, it is now the Vacation Internationale Tahoe Trail. We arrived at the checkin point and the woman behind the counter could not find our reservation, Finally after about 30 minutes she found it(under a different name). We then asked for directions since it was a different unit number then we had stayed at before. She handed us a MAP. it consisted of a blank piece of paper with 3 squares on it and a yellow highlight. We thought this was a joke. No it is the map. After about 20 minutes we located the unit, unloaded the car and went to unpack. The hall bathroom had a used bar of soap and a used washcloth in the tub. yuk. The next day we were making bacon for breakfast and there wasn't a spatula. all other utensils but not spatula. The day we were checking out, we looked for checkout instructions as per years prior. There were no checkout instructions other than empty trash, load and start the dishwasher, return keys to checkin office. The outdoor carpet in the unit is just plain nasty. Your feet stick to it when you walk across it in socks. I've mentioned this in previous posts, but apparently it falls on deaf ears. The place is in need of little remodel. The location is perfect for skiers and yes we will probably stay here again, but please, have checkin process correct and get rid of the nasty carpet we have stayed at this location 3 times. This is snow country

Excellent location. Was better than expected in the pandemic conditions. Staff at main check-in were very friendly and helpful. This is a great location for skiers. The complex was relatively quiet and it was almost like being "at home"--cozy under the conditions. Excellent location. Was better than expected in the pandemic conditions. Enjoyed Our Visit

We were in town for my son's wedding so our family occupied four condos. The larger 2 bedroom condos were two story, the smaller 2 bedrooms were single story. The units were clean and nicely appointed. The units are conveniently located very near the Stagecoach Lift at Heavenly Valley. We've stayed here both in winter and summer, and always enjoyed our time. We were in town for my son's wedding so our family occupied four condos. Lovely place for skiers

Its super close. Super convenient. Only drawback is that the road around the complexes of timeshares is one way. Having to type 200 characters is annoying, however. Terrific in Tahoe

We walked into the managers office and were delighted by all kinds of treats and drinks. This was repeated at the owners meeting the next morning as we recieved door prize and information about the area. In our condo we had more treats and special drinks and suprizes. The condo was well equipped. Walking distance to the slopes and ski rental. We had a two bedroom. This is our second trip and certainly not our last.
