Отличный вид на океан

В данном отеле провела всего один день, но впечатления очень положительные - чистая ухоженная территория, улыбчивый персонал и отличные завтраки. Причем за завтраком можно поесть не только стандартные утренние блюда, но и более плотные и сытные. Понравился сам ресторан, где завтракают гости, там же можно и поужинать - тоже вкусно и обильно. Особенно впечатлилась деревянными москами длиной метров в 150-200, которые ведут к побережью, на пляж. Романтично, можно сделать интересные фото, особенно с колоритными африканскими дамами в тюрбанах на фоне. Однако был один странный момент. Вечером с коллегами решили прогуляться на пляж по этим самым мосткам, но нас не пустили, объяснив, что это опасно. Вся территория отеля была ограждена забором, а калитки и ворота заперты на замки. В целом, это большой плюс отелю, что он заботится о безопасности гостей, но говорит о том, что проживая в данной местности нужно быть настороже. Great resort

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Durban and has great facilities on site in addition to being alongside the beach. Hotel is modern, well kept, and offers good food and beverages with a smile. Bad service

We had endured endless bad customer services here, on arrival we encountered a rude guest and the staff didn't even intervene. Brought this to the attention of the GM and it was an empty apology. We asked for towels more than two hours and a iron over 12 hours, we had a cold shower in the room , advised the hotel and still nothing done ..The Hotel doesn't provide you with good customer service and even though I asked to speak with a proper manager I did not receive an adequate service or resolve any of my issues. We travelled with family and not entirely happy with the stay and staff . Still enjoying

Just been few days over Christmas, will add and edit as needed. 1: Plusses a: nicely situated ( with walk over rail line to beach) b: beautiful beach with endless space c: linen and towels spotless d: very helpful and friendly staff 2: Let downs a: short staffed, barman hardly in bar, waiting for drinks is extremely long, eventually gave up. Breakfast due to covid is only via serving, and 2 servers battle to keep up for all orders resulting in long waiting queue b: entrance and exit for residents with a vehicle is a mission. Have to scan licence and disc every time (in and out). Birthday walk out

We pre-booked for my husband's birthday lunch. Upon arrival we realised we were clearly NOT welcome here. We were told to go to the bar. The barman told us to wait. When it was our turn, he was quite confused that we were referred to him. He seated us at the deck, as was our desire. After 10 minutes we received a single laminated menu sheet. No words spoken, no smile. No request for drinks order. There was no ambience, no music, only another patron listening to her voice messages on speaker.
