No hot water!!

This could be an excellent place to stay in a great location in New Orleans. The staff were great and the studio was excellent. However, there was no hot water. We were told the resort hadn't had any hot water for several months and there were no plans to fix this. Consequently, we had to go a full week in humid New Orleans without a shower or proper handwashing. Until they fix this problem, if they ever do, this place should be avoided at all costs. Lovely resort

This resort is very clean and lovely. The furniture and beddings are clean, beds are comfortable. The view to the city is awesome. We have stayed at many different RCI resorts, and La Pension is one of the high end ones. We love this resort so much that we overlook a couple of mishaps, but I'd like to point it out anyway. Lack of hot water. We were notified before arrival about lack of hot water. I just wish the management change the hot water system so this will not happen again. Resort is very clean and I love staying here, so I overlook the hot water issue because I like the resort in general. The internet wasn't working, it took a couple of days to be fixed. Quaint,Small,Sheik boutique resort off the beaten path but along the right path!

This is cute little boutique resort in New Orleans right off of Canal street and walking distance to just about everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked stay for myself and sisters to celebrate our mother’s heavenly 70th birthday. They went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and treated us like they’ve known us forever! I love the size, decor, close proximity to everything and just the whole vibe!! I can’t wait to book my next stay! I’m not sure of the cost because I am a Bluegreen member and I used our points to book the rooms,however I’ve stated at the JW Pete Marquette many times before owning Bluegreen and I must say that I love the JW but if had to choose where to spend my money then Club LaPension wins! Wonderful stay

The property and rooms are updated, clean and decorated nicely. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We ubered to the resort and walked everywhere. That was good to help walk off some of the calories from all the delicious meals. The property and rooms are updated, clean and decorated nicely. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. A city like no other with the friendliest people in the world!

A great little boutique hotel in the prime location of many attractions. We stayed here for a one week visit. So fortunate to visit here just here just two weeks before Hurricane Ida! Our family of 3 requested an accessible room with a balcony, to our great delight the staff: Andrea, Ayesha, Charmaine, Kenny and Will made us feel completely welcome during our entire visit! We want to thank everyone for their pure southern hospitality to us California folk! I suggest that to get the full experience….walk to a take out daiquiri or margarita joint and bring your drinks back to the hotel. Sit on the balcony and take in the city sounds and lights from the street below! Bring your rain and sun gear!
