Bed bugs.

Bed bugs. Both of my buttocks and back of thighs were bitten. So I checked out and went to another hotel. I reported it to the front desk but no action or compensation was given to me. Not you normal Resort....

I am used to the nice Wyndham properties, and others. This one IS NOT THAT. It was okay. You get what you pay for. Everything is older, It is an old apartment complex transformed into rentals. I went to pull the sliding glass door and the handle fell off. The AC turns on and sounds like a jet taking off. It is either freezing cold or hot, it is not consistent. Some of the people that were around us were very scary. The room above us had some guy singing at 1am. The pillows are WAY TOO big. Who uses these? Also, this place is way too far away from everything. Take a look how much these rooms rent for and that will explain it all. Like I said, it is just old, and not what I am used to. Nice stay, convenient location.

The place was clean and in decent shape. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Restaurants, stores, etc. were close. It is a drive though if you want to get to the Orlando attractions. We did not try out the pool or tennis courts while there. The only real complaint I did have is that if you want to sit out on your patio (which is nicely screened in) the traffic noise from the hwy close by is very loud and takes away from what could be a relaxing time. Amazing stay

My family and I got there at 3am and checking in was still a breeze!! Upon arrival in suite I felt right at home. It was clean, cozy , and very nice to look at.
