Great Location

A fantastic location. Right across the road from Coolangatta beach and the world famous Kirra Point. The unit we stayed in had both hinterland and ocean views. The unit was large, well appointed and clean. The two downsides I feel are the inadequate small underground car park and the highly inefficient lifts. They are very very slow, only having two for this size resort is crazy. Sadly neither of these two issues as I see them can be solved. Overall a great stay and location. This was our third stay here. Short stay

Our first visit to this resort - everything was very good, clean & staff were helpful. The resort is large and has direct access to local amenities - surf club, local shops etc. Car parking is tight and one park per unit allocated so might be an issue for 2 couples or vehicles. Great location but very noisy

Good size unit, old fixtures and fittings. Lots of activities included for the children. The lists are extremely SLOW. We used the stairs most times (only used lift when bulky items needed to be transported). The sliding doors to the balcony rattled the entire time along with the windows. It was a nice inclusion that there was a vacuum to give the unit a quick vacuum to maintain cleanliness . Good size unit, old fixtures and fittings. Lots of activities included for the children. Holiday Destination Second to None

This was the third time we have stayed at the Beach House Seaside Resort and it was also the best. Jess on reception was enthusiastic and helpful, and Marty on the pool level was also especially attentive to us! I think all apartments have a sea view and ours didn't disappoint. A really great facility at this resort is a coffee bar on site (although it would be good if it opened a bit earlier) plus a drinks bar during the afternoon. Location is just perfect, right across from the beach and at the end of a row of restaurants and surf clubs. Shopping centre a couple of minutes walk. Wouldn't hesitate to go here again. This was the third time we have stayed at the Beach House Seaside Resort and it was also the best. So so good !!!

I absolutely love the staff and the location of this service. It is absolutely central to everything and I love the fact that the beach is just across the road. The view from any room it is just wonderful and there are no bad rooms in the entire place. The apartments are great because they give you several options for sleeping arrangements which has suited our groups each time. I look forward to my stays at the Beach house.
