Great place to have a good experience.

Magnetic Island is a very pleasent place to have a get away holiday. We did not take or hire a car as the bus service is excellent. The drivers are friendly and helpfull. The bus is cheap and all day passes are the way to go. Hop on hop off all day from one end of the Island to the other. Bus stop right out front of the resort. Island Palms piece of "Paradise"

We were initially worried about getting a taxi but the resort is located a short walk from the Ferry terminal. From the very minute we arrived we were greeted with the best customer service and our room was available early which was a surprise bonus. Our room on the third floor was perfect, up high with a beautiful sea breeze at night to cool the place down. Fans in the rooms would be a welcome addition as we are not huge air-con uses but the window left open at night worked a treat (air-con off). The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils and cook ware of very good quality. The furniture is comfortable and adequate. The resort managers, Linda and Dave were friendly, helpful and lovely to talk with. The location was convenient, only a short walk to several cafes and restaurants and a reasonable "Foodworks" supermarket. We were really impressed with Magnetic Island and we enjoyed our week staying here. We hope to return in the near future. Island Palms Holiday

It is a great resort with wonderful managers. Our accommodation was very comfortable and very clean. Our family oved the Island and its attractions.We had a great time over the week we were there. The pool at the resort was well used. It is a great resort with wonderful managers. Our accommodation was very comfortable and very clean. Island paradise

If you are looking for a lovely quiet holiday, this is an absolute delight. We use it every year with my friend for a quiet retreat. All facilities nearby. Pool and tennis court on site, Beach directly in front with lovely shady trees, tables etc and playground. If you are looking for a lovely quiet holiday, this is an absolute delight. An amazing place to relax at a value price.

If you are coming to Magnetic Island we recommend you check this place out. The hosts are super friendly and will cater to your every need. We asked for a room with a great view and received just that! The resort itself is on the older side but these guys are working hard every single day and are continually updating and improving the resort for the enjoyment of guests. We loved the rooftop bbq, beautiful pool and location right across from the playground and beach. If you walk along the rocky jetty in the morning or evening you'll see gorgeous rock wallabies too! You cannalso order Coles and Woolworths to your self contained apartment but don't do what I did and order food to be cooked in the oven as there isn't one! ;-) If you are coming to Magnetic Island we recommend you check this place out.
