Superb customer service

Our unit was clean, comfortable, newly redecorated…just wonderful. But the most impressive was the customer service we received from Keith. When we returned home, I discovered that I’d left a small bag with my jewelry. I called the resort and spoke with Keith. He immediately went down to our room and found it. He shipped it to me the same day. I am delighted that he was so considerate and helpful. It’s that kind of friendly, caring customer service that makes me want to return again and again! Our unit was clean, comfortable, newly redecorated…just wonderful. But the most impressive was the customer service we received from Keith. Fantastic

From the moment we checked in the staff was professional and courteous the entire stay. Stephenie, at the front desk, was so cheerful and welcoming that we knew this was going to be a fantastic stay. Anna, the events director, and Charlie, the concierge, were friendly and engaging with the guests. We met couples at the various mixer events that made our stay memorable. Although we needed nothing additional, Stephenie and the staff were always asking about our stay and how they could provide assistance to better enjoy our stay. Cannot wait to go back. Nice apt and location

The view we had in the apartment was not so pleasant (very close to the road) and in my opinion it is time for an update(bathrooms and kitchen the most). But the size was good and the resort is well maintained! Nice, quite facility, close to beach and golfing

Good value. Excellent pool facility, pretty good exercise facility. Close to many golf courses and not more than 1 mile from the beach. Units were clean, full size kitchen, washer and dryer. 3 bedroom unit was fine size. Good value. Excellent pool facility, pretty good exercise facility. We enjoyed everything about this property

We can't say enough good about Island Links. If you like the island feel vs. staying in a resort surrounded by asphalt and commercial buildings, this is the place. As soon as you drive off the main road and into the resort property, you can feel relaxation set in. The unit was updated, clean, well stocked and beautifully appointed. The bed and other furniture were comfy. Access to shopping and restaurants is simple and easy. Having looked at other resorts while on the island, we felt very blessed to be at Island Links!!
