Off season visit

We stayed at a"B" unit, so we only had a hotel room. It was very clean and well furnished. Because we stayed in November, and had plans to visit friends in the area we did not take advantage of any of the amenities, but walked around the complex and saw the nice tennis/pickelball courts and the indoor and outdoor pools. Good location. No microwave window ac/heat by TV. Could not hear TV when heat came on. Employee that checked us in rude. Absolutely shocked!!

I can not believe people have given this place such a high rating. Guess they have low expectations. With the rising costs of RCI membership and fees I would think RCI would have hired someone to check this unit out! Waiting for a response from RCI ! I can not believe people have given this place such a high rating. Guess they have low expectations. Not what we were hoping for.

The room was very small and dated. The shared space was very uncomfortable and not condusive to a couples get away. The "hotel" rooms should have pictures posted to see a true picture of the layout and how the villas are set up if you are only getting the hotel room "B" side. The air condition wasn't working properly. The room was very small and dated. The shared space was very uncomfortable and not condusive to a couples get away. Great Location

We stayed here for bike week and we loved it. The location is great and everything is real close by. Indoor and outdoor pools with tennis courts and racquetball courts. There are boats slips for some of the units on the canal. We will definitely be going back again. We stayed here for bike week and we loved it. The location is great and everything is real close by.
