Отель снимает выдуманные штрафы через 2 недели после выезда

Прожил 6 ночей в начале июня в этом отеле. Взяли залог в размере 250$,который не возвращают-прошло 3 недели после выезда из отеля. Более того-сняли 46$ дополнительно зря якобы испорченный ковёр. Никогда такого не было в моих путешествиях. Не рекомендую никому этот отель,несмотря на хорошее месторасположение! Прожил 6 ночей в начале июня в этом отеле. Отличный отель на Вайкики

Этот отель превзошел все наши ожидания! Не понятно почему так много плохих отзывов об отеле. Отель нам очень понравился. Хорошее расположение, все находится в пешей доступности. Рядом с отелем есть и остановка, и кафе, и супермаркет, и клуб, и торговые центры. До пляжа минут 10, не больше. В номере мебель конечно старенькая, но он просторный и уютный. Кровать-раскладушка нас совсем не смущала очень даже удобная. Кондиционер работал хорошо, нареканий к нему не было. На кухне было все, что нужно и даже больше. Мы практически не ходили по кафе, все готовили сами в номере. Бесплатно клали чай, кофе, сухие сливки и сахар. Ежедневно убирались в номере и клали новые чистые полотенца. полотенец было очень много, любых размеров на любой вкус:) Всегда докладывали с запасом и салфетки и бумагу и бумажные кухонные полотенца. Никакого шума по ночам не было, спали замечательно:) Около отеля по ночам всегда дежурил охранник. Ресепшн закрывается в 10 вечера и открывается в 7 утра, но у каждого гостя есть ключи от входа, поэтому это не проблема, т.к. приходить и уходить можно когда угодно. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приветливый, всегда помогали и реагировали на наши просьбы. Мы приехали до заселения и уезжали после выселения, для этого есть специальная комната, где можно было отдохнуть вне номера и оставить вещи на хранение. На ресепшне можно получить любую информацию, при необходимости они и подскажут, и распечатки дадут, и позвонят куда надо и забронируют все, что захочется. Также около лифта стоит большой стеллаж с информацией по острову, буклетами, экскурсиями и прочим. Молодцы! Первые дни была проблема с вай фай, сотрудники пытались помочь, перезагружали модем, но т.к. ситуация не менялась и были сбои с вай фаем, то на 3 день вызвали мастера и нам в номер установили новый модем и сделали новую точку доступа! Обслуживание в отеле прекрасное. Советуем всем здесь остановиться, это конечно не Хилтон и бассейнов с приотельной территорией здесь нет, но все что нужно есть! Довольно средненько!

Ничем не запоминающийся отель! Вполне обычный! Вполне бюджетный! Немного грязноват и староват, но хорошее располжение! Близко к центральной улице и к пляжу Вайкики. Ночной клуб рядом

Рядом ночной клуб что мешает сну. Нет вай-фая. Фен нужно просить и на лобби женщина плохо говорит по-английски. Секьюрити депозит тут $250. The location of the unit is great! Not far from Waikiki Beach and close to shops and attractions are easy to get to. The room however was definitely dated. It also had some bugs. Roaches! Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful, however some were not helpful or friendly. This location has no Parking and to find parking is very difficult and expensive. Around the corner at the Island Colony Hotel there is a garage for overnight parking of $35 per night. That on top of renting a vehicle gets expensive. We didn't try this time but the bus may be a good option for transportation. The location of the unit is great! Not far from Waikiki Beach and close to shops and attractions are easy to get to. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION……

The location of the property cannot be beat! Located on Av Kuhio in front of the International Market Place, surrounded by shops, restaurants and bus stops. This helped us a lot not to need a car to get around Waikiki and not to pay exaggerated parking prices per day. The rooms are very clean and may need some updating, but we only stayed in them to sleep as we had excursions every day. Within the commercial plaza where the property is located there are excellent places to eat highly recommended such as Marukame Udon and EbiNomi where they serve the most delicious shrimp peeled with garlic mojo that are much more delicious than the so famous Giovanni's truck in the North Shore !!!! You have to keep in mind that the hotel does not have an entrance to park and unload suitcases, so be prepared to carry them a few meters to the entrance of the hotel for your check in The location of the property cannot be beat! There is nothing good that can be said about this place, if RCI wants to continue to label this place as a resort, purchase nothing from RCI. How they can call this a resort is beyond any decency. Save your money and get a tent and enjoy time on the beach, you will love it better. Not a place worth your time, beware. Terrible Hotel - Stay away

When we first arrived we were baffled by how gross the room was. Overall disgusting hotel. The room was filled with dust (apparently is had recently been cleaned), there was bugs on the bed and squished against the wall, the bed was a Murphy style bed (that's not the issue) but when you lift the bed and got to see the inside of the unit it was filled dust and dead bugs. The carpet had pee looking stains all over, we didn't want to take off our shoes. All of this was discovered within the first 15 minutes of checking in so we went straight to the front desk to demand a refund for our 2 week stay. They refused and offered us another room which the clerk Jesse stated would probably be worse since the carpets in the original room were cleaned last year and this new room hadn't been cleaned yet. We were astonished by how terrible this hotel was that we left and immediately booked another hotel. We demanded a refund but the manager gazelle refused because the cancelation wasn't done within 24 hours before the reservation (which it would have been impossible to see the room 24 hours in advance since we do not live in hawaii). When I explained that at least the resort fee (30USD/day) should be refunded since we didn't stay even 1 night, the manager refused again and hung up on me. I called back for her to still tell me too bad. Even when I told her that it would be much simpler for her to give me a refund than to have terrible reviews of her hotel everywhere, she responded "do what you gotta do". What a joke. What a terrible hotel. Terrible rooms, terrible service. Worst place in Hawaii. Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere, there are tons of hotels that are similar in price! Waikiki trip

Parking is an issue there is none, food was average plus, location was excellent. Property definitely needs upgrade and with all the fees RCI / resort charges this should of been taken care of.
