A wonderful stay

We were out in Western Mass to take in the Christmas lights at the Naumkaeg and decided to give the Oak & Spruce a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The villa was spacious and was like a little home away from home. Some of the fixtures and furniture were a little dated but they were very serviceable. It was great to be able to make our own breakfast in the morning before heading out. The only gripe that we have and it is minor is the check in and check out time. They were 4 PM check in and 10am check out. I am sure this is to give their staff reasonable time to get everything in order but it you are only staying one night, it limits your time to try and enjoy the property. We will be back again! Better than Expected

I came in with low expectations and they were slightly exceeded. The room was definitely dated and basic. Furniture was old and ugly, but the room was very large and well equipped. Our suite had a king master bedroom with a nice size jacuzzi featuring a cheesy mirror above it, too-small TV and attached bathroom. Second bedroom had a queen and bathtub shower combo, also decent size. Living room w sofa bed and full small kitchen and dining table. Even a patio with chairs. It was a huge amount of space, a full small apartment size, rented ws a single room. So I give it high marks for value and it worked great for our family. Also even though it was dated it was in fact very clean. Location in a wooded area with a stream nearby was quiet, pleasant, and scenic. Overall this was a good solution for us for a stay while visiting family over Thanksgiving, functional and well located in spite of its age I came in with low expectations and they were slightly exceeded. Not worth it.

We’ve been owners for at least 20 years. They used to have great customer service before switching owners. Now, every time we come, there is an issue with scheduling or terrible encounters with staff who lack decorum and customer service skills. This time was no different. We’ve considered selling the timeshare, however, it’s extremely costly to do so. If you’re considering coming here, don’t be surprised if you encounter some difficulties. It’s a charming place, but it’s not worth the treatment my family encounters here. We’ve been owners for at least 20 years. They used to have great customer service before switching owners. From start to finish our experience with Holiday Inn Club Vacations Oak n' Spruce Resort was outstanding. The reservation process to select the dates and number of rooms needed was clear and easy to follow. The representative at check-in was helpful and efficient. They provided a list of recommended restaurants and other activities that made exploring the Berkshires more fun. The activity center was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. And to check-out process was quick and easy. Our extended family agreed we plan to stay here again next year! Great location and spacious unit

I hadn't been to the resort in 25 years (pre-timeshare), so I didn't know what to expect. The whole experience exceeded my memories and I would definitely return. The unit was large, kitchen outfitted with everything needed. The overall location was close to outdoor activities, restaurants, shopping and history. Plenty to do on the resort grounds as well - pools, mini-golf, movies. I will return - hopefully frequently - as it was centrally located to activity, but felt like it was a world away.
