always a great experince

The staff and facility are top notch.It's nice to stay somewhere where the employees don't mind being at work, and it shows in their attitudes. The pool area is large, clean and everything is always clean and working. The suites-condo units are very large with a great view of the lake.We stayed here last weekend and were visited twice by a bald eagle flying past our window. Way cool! Passing through the north woods

Decided my one night stay would be here after welcoming chat with Rhonda at front desk. What a treat! Clean and spacious one-bedroom with full kitchen, little balcony to eat outside and watch sunset over the lake (through the trees.) Quiet and comfortable stay. Breakfast offerings were slim, and no free ice, but who cares when you have your own kitchen. Very glad I stayed here. Worst hotel stay ever

Made a reservation in April, but had the worst room in the hotel. Building 4, no elevator with 3 steep staircases to navigate; room next to the highway; noise level was terrible with 2 nights of no sleep; no resolution by hotel management. Super Lodging in the North Woods

The Pointe Hotel is kind of in the middle of everything, within walking distance to the downtown area, yet it felt as if we were deep in the North Woods. Everything was very clean and well kept. The suites are a very generous size and we had a balcony overlooking the river. Lots of bald eagle sightings and one morning we were woken up by loon calls. Nice place

Room and view was great! Property seems to be well maintained and staff was very friendly and helpful. Matress needs to be replaced it seen better days.. No in room housekeeping for 5 day stay is a bit much. Dock numbers need to be more obvious. Room and view was great! Property seems to be well maintained and staff was very friendly and helpful.
