Shocking!! Not safe!!

The security woman is insane! My room was right by the bar where everyone was smoking weed,but she accused me when i was just chilling on my "terrace" after a long day out!! Bachelorette party was going on and i was trying to be accomodating even though i just wanted to sleep!! I was the only white person around...she picked on me for no reason!! Not a fun experience! Not the place you want to go to when travelling alone or with 1 friend (who's asleep in the room). Be safe people! Don't risk that "security guard". Also the food at Viola's is disgusting, you will get sick! The beds in the rooms are awful and they make you pay for room cleaning but don't clean the rooms. Never again! Cabbage Beach access and walkable for local attractions.

It's 5 star for a 3 star resort. Rooms are a bit dated but cozy. The pool area is a tropical oasis surrounded by lush plantings and towering palm trees. Direct access to Cabbage Beach is perfect. 5 minute walk to the French Cloister, about 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal for day trips and a 20 minute walk to Atlantis attractions. Rare Gold Mine in Paradise

Our vacation was one of the best vacations that we've had in a while. Due to the challenges since the covid 19 all around the world along with the fears that came with it. This was by far an amazing vacation. Our villa was breathtaking far above what we expected. Clean, had everything that we needed nothing was short. Upon arrival, we panicked, the office was closed we didn't know what to do. We were greeted by the security lady Ms. Burroughs. She was friendly, helpful. and had a beautiful smile. We gave her the room number, she took us over and helped us with our luggage. Ms Burroughs, made us felt safe, always willing to make us comfortable. Our 7-year-old granddaughter always asked to go share her snacks or dinner with Ms Burroughs or want her to stop by and talk with her. Our server was Herman. we fell in love with his service. Deandra was very helpful to us. she's a nice person and we love her. She always made our drinks just the way we loved them. Shadow, & Makeisha are good staff also. We love you'll The food was GREAT. Everything we ate was delicious. My husband loves the Shrimp Tacos, one of my favorites was the Sassy Sue Burger and The conch pearl. My son loved the crack conch snack it was something new and different for us. my granddaughter loved the burger and wings with fries. We ate breakfast at Violas Katrina MAGNIFICIENT person. We loved her service as well. The beach is beautiful we loved the walk from our room to the beach that was in the close. There are 2 pools very clean and relaxing. Shantishe works in the office she was AMAZING very helpful in getting us cabs to take us around and information that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. American but resident of the Bahamas
