Nice Couples Retreat

Service was great, the rooms were cleaned and relatively up to date, kitchenette wasn't much but had the necessities, and pool was open and was heated in late November! No gym onsite, but there was basketball courts and a playground. This location is central to tons of activities and restaurants in the area. I was nervous from other reviews, but would definitely stay here again. Williamsburg - "SALESPEOPLE"

When we arrived the room was "noisy". Lots going on. Sent to the "concierge" to get our bracelet (bring back room keys or cards please) only to be scheduled for a "review" of the facility since Wyndham had just joined with RCI. The "review" was a SALES PITCH that we were told would take no more than one hour..... lasted 2 1/2 hours. Room was old - but clean. Staff was nice - when we saw them. Oven wasn't able to be used as the door didn't close securely. Lighting was basically non-existent. When we arrived the room was "noisy". Lots going on. BedBugs are not welcome guests

Resort was pretty, check-in was easy. Unfortunately the bedbugs were not welcome site. Called front office was changed to a different unit across the grounds. Was offered gift certificates to local restaurants . Unfortunately those restaurants were all closed down by Covid19. Wont be staying here ever again. Resort was pretty, check-in was easy. Quiet, great for couples

'A' side deluxe room fantastic. Cozy and spacious for 2 people. Love the large kitchen, dining room, fireplace, balcony with chairs, king bed, and 2 room bathroom! Parking usually available in front of building but not always during busy times. Not many amenities or activities at this site (vs Kingsgate or Governors Green) which can be just fine for adults. Great accommodations

Very convenient to local historical places. A fabulous home away from home. Sparkling clean and friendly staff. Great amenities and location. Firepit with smores a great touch.
