Family Reunion

Our stay worked out great for our family Thanksgiving. The units were comfortable and well stocked for all our needs. The staff was very friendly and the resort was well cared for. The pool was warm, grandkids had a great time swimming even in November when the ocean water is a little too cold for even Northerners. Like the fact that the beach is less touristy. Beachfront View of New Smyrna Beach

We loved this resort and location. Very well kept and clean. Very relaxing and calm place to getaway. We will probably be going back every year to stay at this location again. Make sure you are not in the third building

I was told that this was a oceanfront location; all pictures on the Internet seemed to confirm that claim. Even when I called, I was told that the buildings were oceanfront. But when I arrived, I had only a VIEW of the other two buildings that are ocean front (circled in blue on the photo). I can’t even HEAR the ocean because this building (circled in red) is close to the busy street. As Mr. Brady warned, “Caveat emptor.” I was told that this was a oceanfront location; all pictures on the Internet seemed to confirm that claim. 30 years of enjoyment

We have been coming here for 30+ years. The location is perfect. While a small resort they have everything you need. Right on the beach and easy to see a launch from the Cape. Leave your unit, walk to the pool or down to the beach. We have been coming here for 30+ years. The location is perfect. While a small resort they have everything you need. Rare private entrance beachfront condo

Ocean Sands Beach Club. Each condo at this resort has a private entrance unlike OTHER properties which expose you to elevators, hallways and crowded stairwells. Oceanfront poolside gazebo w/WiFi throughout the property. Towel service, 7 days a week staff on site, monthly rocket launches and nesting sea turtles are on site.
