Worst Expericent

This timeshare is dreadful!!! I should have listened to other reviewers and ran away before booking here. This property managers made me feel very "unwelcome" and this placewas dirty. View from my room was a big old dumpster and abandoned building debris. No enforcement in pool rules with lots of babies in the pool and sauna wearing standard diapers. The chemical were so strong in the pool that it would burn your eyes. The room had a heavy level of dust and grime and several worn out fixtures. The common areas were dirty and worn out. Chairs they had for common seating had worn out furnishing. Windows were so filthy you cannot see out of them. Stayed there for an RCI week, and this is the first time in over 25 years of exchanging I am forced to leave a negative (VERY NEGATIVE) review. You would think in these Covid years, that Copper Chase would make an effort to clean this place. This place is discusting This timeshare is dreadful!!! Individual ownership variable condition of units

Condition of each unit varies with the desire of each owner to keep the unit condition adequate. Our owner apparently did not keep his unit in tip top shape. Art trip

To visit the National Parks to hike and take numerous photos, I needed a home base, and this worked well. Nice old ski lodge with skiing practically outside the door. I went snowshoeing in the Cedar Breaks and hiked in Parowan Canyon, getting used to the altitude. Then hiked 8-10 miles a day in Bryce, Capitol Reef and Escalante. Got back to Copper Chase to eat dinner and lounge in the wonderful hot tub. To visit the National Parks to hike and take numerous photos, I needed a home base, and this worked well. All Privately Owned Condos, So Your Experience Will Vary

We have stayed in Copper Chase multiple times in the past year... three times in a studio in the newer building, and once in a 1-bedroom in the other (first) building. The condos can vary quite a bit in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. The studios we stayed in were somewhat renovated to very updated. The 1 bedroom was not very updated and it was quite difficult hauling all the gear up the stairs. Garage parking can be competitive but it is nice to park out of the snow during the winter. The second building with the studios has the pool, hot tub and sauna... and the only elevator. The luggage carts allow you to unload right at the car in the garage and (using the elevator) roll your stuff right to your door (depending on which side of the building your condo is on). That option is hard to find and a BIG plus at 9600ft and thin air. The path behind the condos is groomed each morning to ski down the slope to the lifts. The hills directly behind Copper Chase are also perfect for sledding and snowplay. There is also a free shuttle that stops in front of the condos to take to each lift area in Brian Head... super convenient. The prices are much cheaper to stay and ski in Brain Head compared to anywhere else around, so this is great option if you can score an updated condo in Copper Chase. Average ski condo

We stayed here with a group of 8 in a two bedroom with a loft. Older condos that are showing their age. Plenty of room though, plus 3 bathrooms. Kitchen and bedrooms were adequately equipped. WiFi was glacially slow and unreliable. We were able to park in the covered lot under the building which was nice. Not exactly sure how you could ski in/out based on their location but both mountains are about a 2 minute drive. If you already have tickets and equipment, I recommend using the small lot near lifts 1 and 8. The pool and spa area was nice but the common stairwells were disgusting with peeling paint and filthy carpet that should have been replaced years ago. We will return to Brian Head again but we’ll go back to Cedar Breaks lodge or look for an updated condo. We stayed here with a group of 8 in a two bedroom with a loft.
