When I need to stay in Antigua, this is my hotel of choice. The ambience is pleasant, good service from the staff and a very good restaurant. It is a little far from the town square and market compared to hotels, but the extra "walk" is worth it. When I need to stay in Antigua, this is my hotel of choice. Not my best experience

I was disappointed. The costumer service was the worst. The waiters were careless and all our lunch order was confused . My daughter dropped by accident her beverage and they didn’t even moved to help or clean. They left her with a wet chair. When I told them i was going to take another chair they acted rude and were upset about me moving the chair. I was disappointed. The costumer service was the worst. Specially for family

This in one of the best accommodations in the town. Perfect for kids, they have 3 or 4 pools and playground. The food just Perfect. I do love it. The buffet and the regular menu. You could go with all the family, solo or by couple. The service is good. This in one of the best accommodations in the town. Perfect for kids, they have 3 or 4 pools and playground. Terrible experience dressed as an all inclusive of disappointments

At first glance it's a beautiful hotel but the experience it's completely horrible and gets only worst. From asking for a dry towel (which you can only get one a day) to the terrible restaurant the experience doesn't worth your time or your money. we were unable to make the trip because of covid death in the family
