Labor Day week at Myrtle Beach

Very clean & comfortable & quiet - could not hear people above us or next to us. Unit looked recently renovated with tasteful wall decorations. Appreciated that convenient extra "off-site" parking was provided. Perfect on the beach access. Very clean & comfortable & quiet - could not hear people above us or next to us. Room 408 is a serious health hazard

This is the filthiest unit I have ever rented. The tub does not drain, the toilet does not stop running. There are numerous damaged walls, doors, ect. The carpet stained our feet black. Most importantly the air vents were filthy and black dust was on the ceiling. When I spoke with management they stated that my standard of cleanliness is different than someone else’s and that they have not had previous complaints. Beware of room 408. Needless to stay I did not subject my family to the unsafe living conditions and was forces to find someplace else to stay after traveling 14 hours for what I thought was going to be a relaxing vacation. Davis Stay

The place is superb and beautiful. Everything was clean and well kept. We highly recommend to everyone! It’s the best spot on NMB by far! It’s close to the restaurants and entertainment areas and on the beach. The place is superb and beautiful. Everything was clean and well kept. We highly recommend to everyone! Space, function and location

We rented a 3-bedroom unit on the top floor (room 401) over the weekend right before Easter weekend. Pros: 1. Unit was large, lots of space for our family of 5. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 2 bedrooms had a king bed each, other bedroom had 2 queens beds. Full kitchen, dining area for 6, living room, large balcony overlooking the beach. 2. All the appliances worked and were relatively new, kitchen stocked with eating and cooking items. Supplies (soap, paper towels & tissue) were plentiful. 3. Location. At the end of the street. No big structure next to the building to the North. Beach itself is quiet (at least in late March). Really no reason for anyone to come to this part unless you're staying nearby. No restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity but it's less than half a mile from US17 which is full of them. The only con is that the unit is old and worn. It's not exactly dilapidated but it's in a condition that might turn off some guests. They could at least replace door knobs and bathroom fixtures that people touch and notice instantly. Overall, it's a great value and we had a great stay! Nice Condo in NMB

Nice property close to everything. Comfortable accommodations with a great view of the ocean. Plenty of room with sleeping quarters for 8 people, full kitchen, laundry area, and great balcony overlooking the ocean. Nice property close to everything.
