The place was nice but the no-see-ums ruined my vacation. They were relentless. I had over 40 bites on my body in two days. I did not go outside there the rest of the two weeks I was there. I went to other places for the day. The place was nice but the no-see-ums ruined my vacation. They were relentless. I had over 40 bites on my body in two days. Shangri La on the beach in Jupiter!

We’ve been coming here for years. Of course, the location is unique, and can’t be beat. Now that the construction is finished, the view is fantastic, the seawall is solid, the landscaping is greatly improved, and the only thing you can hear is the ocean! We highly recommend. Furthermore, if you like what you see, you can always purchase a week in this little paradise. We’ve been coming here for years. Of course, the location is unique, and can’t be beat. Perfect location

Although this resort has a very small pool, it has a big hot tub and immaculate rooms and grounds. It is front beach with beautiful views of the aquamarine ocean. They have plenty of pool chairs, tables, chairs and umbrellas. I believe I counted 8 really nice grills spread around 3 different areas. They also have a cute gazebo with dink perfect for gathering a group together to eat and drink. Dont forget beach chairs though, because it you want to rent theirs, they are $20 for 4 for the week, you must rent 4. (Or 8 if there are 6 of you). Assigned parking is a smart idea. Literally on the Ocean!

We had a one bedroom over the 4th of July week. Lucky to get it. The resort is literally on the Ocean so location is great. It has been recently updated. Units are small, tight and kitchen is miniaturized, but well equipped. We did not stay the full week as weather was raining a lot but the place is very relaxing, quiet. Our bed was too soft and sank in the middle so sleeping was not good. Great BBQ area, grills were very well maintained! We had a one bedroom over the 4th of July week. Lucky to get it. Unit 108 greeted by a Broken toilet with waste in it, broken HVAC and Broken WIFI

At about 3:00, pm, My wife signed us in, as I waited in the car, she came back and said we had to park a few hundred yards down the road. I complained and they gave us an on premises parking permit, which is what we had paid for. We walked in the room and we were greeting by a big puddle on the poor from the central air conditioning which clearly did not work. Before I called the front desk, I went to the bathroom and found feces and hair in the toilet, At about 4, the on-site handyman came and said the toilet was broke and he installed a new pump. They couldn’t answer why housekeeping didn’t notice this and they never sent someone to sanitize the toilet. We bought supplies and did wiped down the toilet. Needless to say I was appalled as I wouldn’t expect this from a highway gas station toilet. The Handyman tried to, but couldn’t fix the AC. and WIFI. When we got back from shopping the HVAC guy was here . He left at 7:30 but now the AC buzzes like a active sump pump every few minutes after it runs. We were told we have to live with the buzzing from the AC, they acknowledge it is annoying and that others have complained about it. It seems that because of a structural problem with the room the water has to be pumped up and out after the AC runs. No other unit in the complex has this problem and we have to live with the noise. After the HVAC guy left, the WIFI guy came and fixed the broken wire in the WIFI. He left at 8:30. Since all 3 problems were preexisting and could have been fixed had management inspected my room before we checked in, I think it is their fault we had such a horrendous first day and I asked to be compensated. Although I don’t think my request was unreasonable we have been told sorry but no. They couldn’t give me a new room and we already paid half in front. This is easily my worst hotel experience.
