Terrible Experience

Unfortunately, there was confusion with our time share company, and this legitimately was not the fault of Coral Reef Resort. Although, in trying to rectify this situation, the hotel's customer service was unbelievably rude, and accused me of "running a scam," because my name wasn't on the reservation. Instead of getting to the route of the problem, the representative, who had been there 10 years, was hostile from the very beginning, and accused me of lying. If I could give this 0 stars, I certainly would. By the way, I never give poor reviews, but this was on a different level of terrible customer servicer. Beautiful location

First, location, location, location..right on the beach. No, all the rooms are not on the beach but the property is right on the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Most of the rooms are one bed, one bath with a pull out sofa. It was perfect for the two of us. They have a friendly staff. Towel exchange is easy. Washer and dryers work well. The pools and hot tubs are clean. So many places within walking distance or just a short drive. We were very happy. We even purchased time share ownership here as we really do like going to same location yearly. Worth checking out. First, location, location, location..right on the beach. Awesome hidden gem

Amazing hotel. We used our exchange week from our time share to stay here. We were pleasantly surprised with everything about this place. It’s clean and safe. Staff is very friendly. Has multiple pools and hot tubs. Gas grills were great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Not fancy but right on the beach. No sports courts or gyms which we wouldn’t use anyway. We loved it so much we bought a time share here and look forward to coming back every year. Amazing hotel. We used our exchange week from our time share to stay here. Great weekend on St Pete Beach

Had a great stay at Coral Reef Beach Resort. The resort has only 64 units and is in one of the best locations on St Pete Beach. Unit was well equipped. Had all the necessities of home for a 1 bedroom condo. Staff and security were all good an friendly. Will stay there again. Had a great stay at Coral Reef Beach Resort. Awesome Resort

Right on best part of St. Pete Beach. Resort employees, front desk, maintenance, securtiy were not only awesome, but the friendliest and helpful! Unit expansive and complete! Pools and grounds were immaculate! Kudos to this resort as the best of our 4 different visits to this location over the years! We will be back in the near future and encourage all folks to visit this Resort! KUDOS! Right on best part of St. Pete Beach.
