Хороший кондоминимум!

Жили в этом кондоминимуме 10 дней в декабре-январе 2013 года. Стоимость номера 252 доллара в сутки, с налогами. Номер сьют, 1 спальня и гостиная. Номер был на 2 этаже, 46В, с большим балконом и видом на море. Полностью оборудованная кухня, хороший интернет, кондиционер только в спальне. Убирают номер каждый день. Нам не очень понравилось: маленький санузел, в гостиной, нет кондиционера, только вентилятор, а так как там находится еще и кухня, то жарковато получается. Нет гриля на балконе. Как нам сказали, это решают хозяева апартаментов. В принципе, можно было взять в аренду, но мы не стали. Сейф 15 долл. в неделю, фен и пляжные полотенца брать и менять в спец. комнате, около рецепшен, самостоятельно, нет посудомоечной машины. Понравилось: местоположение, море в 30 секундах от номера, малолюдный пляж, тихо. Hotel cancelled reservation two days before departure.

We booked a room on Air BNB back in June to go end of November. Two days prior to our departure we get an email saying they had scheduling issues and our room is not available. We asked for another room. They sent pictures of another room and the room was dated, dark and dreary and not on the beach. We had originally booked beachfront. I noticed there were a couple of newly renovated rooms available on Air BNB. When we asked if we could have one of those, we got message from Air BNB saying they were cancelling our reservation. This is very unprofessional. We had already booked flight’s and excursions. I told them I was not able to cancel at this time. Moments later they took down the postings for rooms on the Air BNB website and their own website. This left us scrambling to find new accommodations 2 days before our departure. Warning this looks like a bait and switch scam. They show you a nice room on the beach on Air BNB and then the switch to an older room. Antigua Village Condominium

A fun relaxing amazing vacation. The place, proximity to the ocean, balcony views, two great restaurants within walking distance- it all added up to making this vacation near perfect. I'd pick the same place when I travel to Antigua next! A fun relaxing amazing vacation. Nice spot

I'm adding to an earlier review , we booked the Antigua Village through Airbnb our 1st venture into that area of the travel/vacation industry , sadly we will think about it next time as the village was a great place ,staff ,location ,bars ,beach weather , we had problems as soon as we arrived , didn't seem to be the same room a that I had booked 6 months previously , paid for a recently refurbished room , but looked a bit beaten up I tried to get hold of the Host who had no probs building himself up on the website as very approachable onsite at all time - not !!! Took 2 days to get a better room still not the room I paid a lot of money for , if I wasn't for the Village staff we wouldn't have got very far , another 4 days to get the room I had paid for , still no apology from the Super Host , managed to pin him down finally in his on site office , he offered us 2 nights free for another visit laughable , then had the cheek to get us to leave the room a day earlier than I had booked , this pushed us over the edge , I had a meeting with the village resort manager a lovely lady called Julia , she did more for us on our last 2 days , she told us to keep our receipts for all our meals drinks/ cocktails , sunbeds she also got a refund from the Host , which is what the Host should of done himself . We had a great time apart from the room issues . Well done to all the Antigua management and staff . Shame you have to put up with somebody running his fathers business into the ground . Beautiful Grounds, Good Location....

We stayed in Villa 10 for one week in January . The unit is a duplex, front door near the parking lot with a full bath on the ground level, kitchen, dining area and living room with 2 sofa beds one flight up, and a large bedroom with a full bath 2 flights up. There was a large covered terrace off the living room with a table for 6 and a lounge chair, and an open patio off the kitchen with a small table and barbecue grill. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the pool was well cared for. The complex is around 15-20 minutes from the airport, and fairly close to the supermarket (Epicurian- a nice american style large supermarket but with prices that will shock you), casino, movie theater and St Johns.The water is clear and turquoise, and the sand is soft and fine, almost no rocks. However, as the pictures clearly show, there is very little beachfront directly in front of the sea, most of the chairs were behind rocks, with access to the water via 2 stairwells on either side of the complex. While the unit was large and decorated nicely, it was clearly outdated and in need of upgrading. Both the oven and microwave were old (the date of manufacture was still in the microwave, 18 years old) and rusted and should have been replaced. The smoke detector was broken. The unit was in need of a paint job. The linens and blanket were frayed and old, and the blanket was a twin size that barely fit on the king bed. On the positive side, we had an issue with no hot water for a day, but this was promptly attended to and quickly repaired. The front office people, particularly Mariel, were cheerful and helpful. There is wifi both in the unit as well as around the complex.There is a "get-together" Monday evening where we had the opportunity to meet other guests, and met people from all over the USA as well as the UK, some of whom come here every year for the past 15-20 years! We were aware that different units have different levels of upgrading, but were under the impression that units rented directly through Antigua Village as opposed to RCI were in better shape. This did not appear to be the case. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the large terrace in our unit where we had breakfast and dinner every day of our stay, but would have liked a more up to date unit. Great spot

Very nice beachside complex at Dickenson bay , with a mix of timeshare/holiday rentals ,with differing levels of refurbishment, everything you could need in the kitchen diner , nice big bed ,bathroom medium sized with a walk in shower, water pressure could be a bit better and serviced daily to a high standard by a team of staff , the well manicured gardens surround a pool with plenty of sun loungers and brollies ,and positioned between two excellent Bar/restaurants Salt plage one way and Anna's the other .All the staff from security guys to the girls in reception esp Desiree and Julia the General manager were all very friendly and helpful during our stay .
