Unanticipated wonderful experience

From the moment we arrived we noticed that this would be a different experience. We had a two bedroom townhouse suite but the stairs are an issue for one that has significant difficulty with stairs. The manager offered an efficiency but warned us that it "would be small". The unit they offered was very adequate for our needs and provided the best location we could imagine. The staff were always on the ball with property maintenance each morning and the office staff were always helpful, pleasant, humorous, and gracious. This is a facility that provides the small items needed at no cost and has a sufficient supply of any items needed from pool towels to dish soap! The pool is small but more than adequate. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. We certainly plan to return and will try to make this one of our regular timeshare stops. It is so much more relaxing to get away from the large and busy (read as "less hospitable") timeshares we have at times stayed in. Loud Guests

Guests were very loud and held parties well into the night. The room was nice and the views are amazing! I wouldn’t recommend this place if you plan on taking children. We loved that you could walk out your door and straight to the beach! Guests were very loud and held parties well into the night. The room was nice and the views are amazing! Outdated & extremely small

The resort it only good for location. Very very outdated. The whole unit was extremely small. The 2 bedroom has to many stairs going to it and inside it even if your healthy. Please do not slect this unit. I know with RCI the availability for resorts is getting very limited. Pass on this one. The resort it only good for location. Very very outdated. The units are very small. Very dark in side your unit has one window for natural light. Location is nice. Definitely think before you stay here. Pool small. Hot tub is ok. Immaculately kept on the beach in St Pete Beach

This is a well kept small hotel RIGHT ON the gorgeous St Pete beach. The efficiencies on the beach are small but we found the Murphy bed comfortable and being able to walk right onto the beach, made the room size ok too. This is a well kept small hotel RIGHT ON the gorgeous St Pete beach.
