Most relaxing vacation ever

When I booked this resort, I was not sure what to expect but am already making plans to go back next summer.. We elected to go with a 2 bedroom condo rather than a 1 bedroom and for the few dollars it was nice to have the extra space. The One Bedroom Condos have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico while the view varies in the 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedroom units that end in 01 and 06 view is mostly of the of the street and while you can see the Gulf, it is not nearly as good as the units ending in 02 and 05.. The resort offers all the things you come to expect, a well equipped room and a staff who is ready to do what they can to make your time very relaxing. A small game room with Pool, a Few arcade games, and Ping Pong, a very nice pool, Hot Tub, and 5 propane BBQ grills. There are plenty of activities for the kids that allow Mom and Dad or Grandma and Grandpa a little extra time to just relax. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stroll along the beach - It is about 5 miles to the pier and 4 miles to Lovers Key Beach. Seawatch on the beach is located in the quieter side of Fort Myers Beach which if you are here to relax, you will appreciate... Best of Bay and Ocean Views! Unit 106

Condo 4106 July 2021 - this HGV is a real gem. This is an older condo - only 7 floors - that has seen alot of building spring up around it. Thats good! It still has a manageable amount of units...you dont wait w a bus load getting into elevators, theres lots of lounges and tables out by the pool. Less units = less people. Perfect location, it has the pool necessities for rent (sea-dos includes!) and someone steaks out chairs and umbrellas so that all you do is show up, shell out your money and point to the one you want. The condo staff has activities for kids Tue Wed and Thu so theres some rest for mom. Its got a few great places to dine within walking distance (2 blocks in the heat of the day) and tons more within 7/10 of a mile (you do NOT want to fight traffic to get to time square) 106 unit is a two bedroom two bath - one room has king bed w tub bathroom and private balcony facing bay with two loungers - thats the quiet coffee spot in the morning, the other bedroom has two twins beds and a shower bathroom. Theres a small balcony off the living room facing building next to us, we used that for drying beach swim togs and a larger balcony with a ocean and bay view that has a dining table....we spent late afternoons there getting the cross breeze....or watching the sun set...to see the full glory of sunset you'll need to go all the way out across the beach to the gulf waterline; the condo is set back from its neighbors. So I hope you caught that there are THREE balconies in this unit! Its a great thing. Comfortable, well located, clean, nice amenities

Seawatch on the Beach is in the southern portion of Estero Island (Fort Myers Beach). This location is less crowded than the northern end, has less traffic, and the properties are more upscale. We stayed in a two-bedroom condo with a screened lanai, full kitchen, two baths, washer and dryer, three TVs, etc. The amenities of the resort as a whole are excellent. There is a large heated pool, a whirlpool spa, gas grills, and plenty of lounge chairs. The beach in front of the resort is one of widest I have seen with perfect white sand. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a nice shopping center just south of the resort. We will be staying in this resort on future trips to Fort Myers Beach. Excellent stay.

Had a great time here. Property overall quiet. No on-site bar or snack area was open. We did go next door to the Outrigger which had a nice tiki bar on the beach and restaurant. Publix supermarket close by and Santini plaza just past Seawatch. Vendors at that plaza on tues and thurs mornings. Not many people in the pool or hot tub area. Unit clean and had everything needed for cooking. Beach towels, laundry detergent, coffee necessities all provided. Beach was huge. Sand beautiful with a ton of shells. Looking forward to going back. Beautiful!

We had a great stay at this beautiful resort from 12-5 - 12-12-20. Our 1br oceanfront room was very spacious with 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We had a large comfortable balcony that was great to watch the gorgeous sunsets!! Amazing staff who works hard to keep this resort clean and running efficiently. The pool area is fantastic as it’s right on the beach with a beautiful Gulf view! We totally enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again!!
