Overall, we enjoyed room but master bed was extremely uncomfortable

Overall, we enjoyed room but master bed was extremely uncomfortable. Caused my body to ache. It put a damper on vacation experience. Cut vacation short by one day because of condition of bed. Gulftides may want to reassess how frequently they change mattresses. The way mattresses are made now, I would say three years max life. Resort is located in a beautiful part of Longboat Key. They have bicycles, chairs, and umbrellas available for your use. Although a bit dated, the resort was clean and the staff was friendly. We knew our room was across the street from the beach, but we still had a nice ocean view. Publix Grocery store was close by along with drug store, within walking distance on a beautiful trail. Trip to Longboat Key

Excellent for couples. In a beautiful part of Longboat Key. Having beach access and a pool is a must. The check-in process if very easy. Gulf Tides Vacation

We've been coming here for years - I would not give this week up for any other vacation. It's wonderful. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The beach and sunsets are always beautiful. It's close to a lot of shops and restaurants - but the island itself does not have all of the busy-ness. We've been coming here for years - I would not give this week up for any other vacation. If you want a great laid-back getaway ~ this is your place ~ beautiful beach and easygoing, fun vacation !! This is a casual resort hidden away on Long Boat Key with a no fuss attitude but definitely all you need! Very nice Family Beach Vacation place!

Very nice beach resort for family or couples getaways. Although a bit dated, the resort was very clean and the staff were very friendly and responsive.
