Worst Experience

The check in is ancient. You even have to check out the remote. Customer service sucks. The facilities are not up to date, and they close everything early. For example, our pool closed at 7, but the neighboring hotel’s was still open later into the night. The AC works poorly. The beds are probably as old as the building. I am sure that back in the 1980’s, this was a premier hotel to stay in. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more for a better hotel, do not stay here. As well, I have never been to a place of business, where the staff acts like I owe them something. The entire staff talks to you in a tone as if they own you. It is gross. I have been to Acapulco many times over the last 20 years and this was BY FAR the worst experience. I would not stay here even if they gave me a suite with a foam mattress, and everything was free. Great location

Good shopping and restaurants, cafes close by. Great food and service was prompt and friendly. Nice pool and the best part is, the beach! Nice pub ten minutes walk if you feel like a pint. Great place to stay

I stayed here in July 2019 for a week and the room was great. It's definitely not something you would get in the diamante area, but it is an excellent location, great views, nice staff, and the restaurants (there ARE two open - one inside and one outside on the way to the beach) were good. GREAT food is just across the street, and it's on the major bus line too. Easy to get anywhere (I recommend Barra de Coyuca, Palao, and going to La Quebrada to see the clavadistas). I didn't experience any of the problems others seem to have had. I stayed here in July 2019 for a week and the room was great. The oldest hotel ever

The price is very cheap however I recommend to spend a bit more and stay in something better, the hotel has so much potential however is extremely old, it looks like no renovation has been done in decades, everything is falling and cracked and moldish, the food is basic and the same all days, the quesadillas are good... one restaurant was open instead of the two they said, the servers are also sad and not polite with anyone, the beach is crowded and there is just a tiny spot you can use, the front part of the beach is public, they urgently need a renovation. Visit acapulco last year this hotel super good. Nice view to beach people treated us amaizing. The food ohhhh the food mad good.You will have the beach right there in your hotel and private.
