As close to paradise as you might get.

Stayed at a friends condo in August 2019. Staff were very pleasant, place was spotless, staff work endlessly on keeping the place looking good. Pool, ocean, long walks on beach followed up by happy hour at Karens place. Will for sure be back. Stayed at a friends condo in August 2019. Great place to stay and see Bucerias

We had a one bedroom unit on the 2nd floor in the smaller building. A king bed with a single in the bedroom. Bathroom was large and spacious (water pressure wasn't the best but we didn't care!). It had all we needed within the unit as well as beautiful views from the balcony. There were always beach chairs available and the pool was refreshing. Karen's Restaurant was the best for breakfast - yummy and affordable. I thought dinners were pricey for what you got but very tasty. The STAFF was very friendly and looked after you. Awesome stay in Bucerias

Despite on-site construction on two of the condos and at Karen's restaurant, we had a great week. Awesome staff! Great location on the beautiful beach in Bucerias. Our favorite place to stay. Beachside condo

Our friends from Los Ángeles came into town for a visit and we suggested this location. All condos are privately owned but available for rent. Their unit was on the 5th floor with a fantastic view of Bahia de Banderas. 2 bedrooms en suite, full kitchen, maid service, pool and beach access. Extra bonus is Karen’s Restaurant adjoins the property. We will encourage all of our LA friends to stay here, rather than our house Our friends from Los Ángeles came into town for a visit and we suggested this location. Great views!

Paradise right there. Open the windows and you are in awe. We stayed at 2 different suites. Both with everything you need. Includes cleaning service every day. (But not the kitchen) Direct access to the beach. The fun part is Karen's restaurant/bar on the beach. You can watch people come in all the time to go there. Happy hour brings lots of customers and they have fun, sometimes they have live music. And then silence. by 9 pm it's just you and the sound of the waves. Amazing. Elevator too small, and parking sometimes is an issue. Other than that: ..... The best STAFF I've encountered. Polite, service oriented.
