Birthday trip

Went to see fall colors. Caught the leaves at near perfect peak color. Saw many different sights of the landscape around this resort in a fifty mile radius. My wife loved this week and would do it again if we have the opportunity in the years to come. Went to see fall colors. Caught the leaves at near perfect peak color. Great place to stay in Pinetop

We have been visiting Roundhouse Resort for several years now and always enjoy our stay. The location is great and the staff always very nice and accommodating, and the lodge room is spacious and has everything we need. Don't stay here

Roundhouse Resort

This place needs alot of deferred maintenance. Not enough supplies for a week stay such as towels, toilet paper, not enough dishes. Old outdated and uncomfortable furniture. Old, dirty and broken equipment for outside games. No DVD movies available. Unit was dingy and dirty. Would not recommend or return. This place needs alot of deferred maintenance. Great area-condo not so much

This resort lacks the stature of a Silver Crown RCI resort. However, the area of Pinetop and the grounds of the resort are excellent. The resort is 7,000’ high, in a newer area, near a golf course, beautiful well maintained homes, in a forest like area. There are several lakes and Petrified Forest and Painted Desert are about an hour away. Our condo on the second floor, apparent will be renovated at some point. It needs it. Stained sheet, stained towel, stained tub mat, dust bunnies all over, maintanance had to service the stove, both toilets had mold/scum in the toilets, the wall is peeling at the tub, Neither bathroom has a counter and the toilet paper holder is so close my elbow constantly hit it and it was very inconvenient to use. There was one ice tray and not ice maker, An ice machine across the parking lot, as in a motel . The staff, who responded to issues immediately were professional, engaging, and with a sense of humor.
