Never Again

1st The resort was not gated 2nd the room looked like something out of the 60s 3rd the toilet was clogged 4th rust every where in the bathroom 5th grout missing in the pink tile 6th they tried to put us in another room but before we could even get to the room a guy was in front of the room asking for tobacco and wanting a ride down town. He had a sponsor who pays for his room there. 7th We eventually made to the room but soon as you open the door a piece of the floor was seal secured and was flipped upside down. At this point we asked for refund and had to make reservations at a hotel. Do not stay here

Dirty and old. This should not be classified as a resort for RCI members, waisted my points. Limited hrs to check in, not the best neighborhood. And the rooms smelled like they haven’t been fully cleaned in years. Dirty and old. This should not be classified as a resort for RCI members, waisted my points. Needs update. Unit 403 needs new cook stove. When making reservations staff needs to advise guest that the HOT TUB IS NOT AVAILABLE! Their web page should NOT advertise a heated pool and HOT TUB. AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE

This resort is not up to RCI's usual standards. The room smells of mold, furniture is outdated, entrance stairway carpet is old, torn and tattered, Laminate living room flooring has gaps , splits and needs replacement, the bathtub porcelain was chipped in many places. This resort is not up to RCI's usual standards. Great Location

The resort was a bit dated, but I expected that. I didn’t go to it for glamour, I went for the location and was NOT disappointed. The resort was clean and the staff was wonderful and friendly. They were quick to assist with everything we needed. Was drawn to a beautiful location where it’s normal to see herds of elk and wild horses roaming through town. Beautiful area and many places to go for walks/hikes. Went to White Sands National Park, a must see place. Would gladly go to the area again. The resort was a bit dated, but I expected that.
