Fun vacation

There were 6 of us. Very roomy condo. Would not recommend fir anyone with mobility issues as the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Furniture is good but the appliances and the window coverings need updating. The front desk receptionist was amazing!!! There were 6 of us. Very roomy condo. Like renting a house

We had a 4 bedroom townhouse. The rooms were spacious and each bedroom had a bathroom. We utilized the pool and playground. If you want a resort type vacation you will be disappointed because there are no scheduled activities. That was not a negative for us because there is so much to do in this area. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens was a great place to enjoy.It was great to swim in the ocean without the threat of Red Tide. We had a 4 bedroom townhouse. The pool is the best thing about this property.

We stayed in Unit 77. It is older and needs some updating. The stairs are super creaky, no sneaking downstairs in the morning. The king mattress was awful! It was lumpy and hard. It is much further away from the beach than the 1 mile advertised on their website. The staff recommends renting golf cars but we felt it would be unsafe to use because you have to cross over busy Highway 17 to get to the beach. We loved the pool and cabana!! Unfortunately, so do many of the other guests. We left several times because some of the kids were just to loud and rowdy. We stayed in Unit 77. It is older and needs some updating. Think twice about purchasing a unit here

Our unit was in terrible need of repair, vents in ceiling throughout the facility were rusted, the vent over the stove was rusted, poor overall repair and appliances were VERY OLD.
