Nice Hotel in Great Location

Stay was pleasant however the shower drain was slow and poorly designed. Water pooled onto bathroom floor from short shower. Staff was really nice and professional. Location is great. Always a pleasure to stay here

I have stayed in this hotel many times and definitely the service from all the staff is great. Guillermo the concierge was very helpful in planning our activities around the city and gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The buffet breakfast although is a bit reduce because of covid restrictions is still very good. I recommend this place if you travel for business and leisure and look for a strategic location. Not a 5 star hotel

Pros - ac works well - friendly staff Cons - shower does not get hot - minibar has 3 things fully stocked - I don't think they have room service - the pool is a joke, chairs are broken and plastic, no towels, no bar, no staff - construction going on and most of the elevators don't work - location is not ideal, walking is doable to a few spots but to get near lleras is a little far - there are no taxis at the entrance so you have to go find one or call uber - breakfast is an extra charge and the food is not worth the price at all I chose this hotel based on the pictures and apparent 5 star rating. Enjoyable Vacations

An enjoyable experience with the staff, service and perfect location in Medellin. Close to the shopping centers and exclusive area. High quality of cleaning service and delicious food. Amazing!

I had a great time at this property. It was about 5mins from a nice mall called santa fe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Miss some of the breakfast ladies greeting us with a beautiful smile and made us feel at home. everything was a hit such nice people! I will definitely be back to this property. It was very relaxing I felt very safe and the staff went above and beyond. Only one downpart the hotel had construcion and right during breakfast and the noise was horrible. The hotel forgot our pickup when we arrived however they brought us back on our departure day to the the airport without any problems. Great service! Thank you again!
