Great Location and Clean

I had read mixed reviews of this place so I was a little worried. Let me say it is a great location and reasonable priced which is hard to find in downtown Nashville. We found it perfect for a weekend getaway and will definitely return! Thanks for the great time!! I had read mixed reviews of this place so I was a little worried. Great location and wonderful staff.

This stay is in a great location. It’s a few minutes walk from downtown with all the bars and restaurants. The staff are excellent - everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had an emergency and had to leave early and Alisa on reception couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating! She was wonderful - thank you. This stay is in a great location. Dated & pricy but clean

This hotel is downtown Nashville close to the state capital building. It is a 5 story hotel that you enter through a lobby but you enter the hotel rooms from the outside. The hotel is vary dated and expensive but clean. This would be a great hotel if you just needed a place to sleep. We did not eat at the complimentary breakfast so I can’t review that. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed 4 nights and they would offer towels, soap, TP, etc. but did not go in the room to clean. The hotel has construction going on so we woke to jackhammers a couple mornings. Because of the cost and being so dated I would chose another option if possible. Amazing Front Desk and Valet Staff!! Great Location!!

In town to celebrate son's 21st Birthday and could not have been better!!! Staff is amazing, especially Angel at the front desk and Logan and Antonio at the Valet!! From the moment we arrived until we pulled away, all were so friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Are they luxurious? No, but we were not there to stay cooped up in our room. If you are looking for that, bypass this hotel so that you do not have to complain about it afterwards. Very convenient location and an easy walk to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again! :) In town to celebrate son's 21st Birthday and could not have been better!!! Older hotel, great location

The hotel is located in downtown and has parking (Valet only!). Angel at the front desk was very nice; hallways are outside; the room was a bit small and so was bathroom. It needs a little TLC all around. We stayed in room 408 which looks towards the Capitol building, and despite being on a busy road and having much older windows, it was fairly quiet. The bed and bedding was very good and the room had a mini fridge and Keurig. "Covid" breakfast: we had to preorder our food and gave them a time frame when we wanted it. We then picked it up in the lobby (which is very nice) and got a table right there. The food was surprisingly good and hot. Yes, we would stay again for a night or two.
