Редкое хамство

Приехали вчетвером 5 января 2020 переночевать на 1 ночь и завтра в Дисней ленд. Соответственно у нас 2 номера. Тупее и хамоватее рецепшена, за 10 лет не встречали. Номер стоит примерно 175 долларов. И залог за него 250. Проблема в том, что залог мы хотели оставить наличными деньгами. В этом отеле наличные деньги за залог не взяли, и предложили аннулировать бронь через букингом. Типа валите , куда хотите. Отель конечно так себе. В номере нет питьевой воды. Никакой!!!! Вот например фотография единственной тумбочки. Просто прямоугольник, без ящика или дверок. Цена такой красивейшей дизайнерской тумбочки 5 долларов. Занавесок вообще нет, жалюзи как в гараже. Ещё уехать из этого чуда обслуживания, надо уехать до 11 утра. Короче, мы приехали в прекрасном настроении, нам его испортили. Ещё мы хотели позвать менеджера отеля, этот человек сказал, что он менеджер. Короче, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУем этот отель. Оценка 1!!!! Good place to stay! For our Disney trip

Check in was an easy process and the staff was always friendly. The place provides great amenities and there’s movie time at the pools outdoor area. My only complaint was the mattress on the sleeper sofa literally felt like a mattress pad. The pad itself was about 2inches tops. Maybe investing in a good mattress. Also the bathrooms have no exhaust fans. Save the time to go to the desk for supplies by either texting or calling instead. I went to the desk for more coffee only to be told someone would bring it up. All request were fulfilled at good time. Valet parking staff was always very friendly and prompt and some went as far as opening the doors for you. Breakfast buffet provided, I would highly recommend this place. Great hotel

We stayed for a 3 day trip to Disneyland. The Cambria hotel was beautiful, relaxing and convenient. Beds were extremely comfortable. The room was large and the black out shade was great. A lot better then curtains. My favorite part of the room was that it had a tub/shower plus a separate full shower. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the customer service was excellent. Disney trip

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Costco did a fantastic job offering this as a good neighbor option. Great room!! Nice amenities and very, very friendly staff. Great value

very good place to stay. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but mostly due to covid restrictions. Check in staff very friendly, not so at breakfast however. Did not like having to pay for parking. Pool area is exceptional, Disney movies at the pool is a good idea. very good place to stay. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but mostly due to covid restrictions. Hotel was great just wish there was more parking having to wait for valet to get your vehicle when leaving multiple times can be a little annoying when you are in a rush to get somewhere but other than that loved it Hotel was great just wish there was more parking having to wait for valet to get your vehicle when leaving multiple times can be a little annoying when you are in a rush to get somewhere but other than that loved it
