Beautiful resort, poorly maintained.

It was a trip with our entire family, the first since Covid. Staying in a house is our preferred accommodation and we have stayed ar Reunion several times. Therefore, we expected Enocore at Reunion to be similar. Taking the kids to the theme parks was a wonderful experience yet we were very disappointed in our accommodations. Best Elite Home in Encore

This was my third time renting from Encore and this was one my best experiences ever. The home was immaculate and outstanding. Beautiful decor with a Upscale atmosphere. From the expedited check in process to entering such an immaculate home. I would definitely recommend Encore to anyone looking for a Great Home away from Home!! BEWARE!!!

The rental properties offered for Encore Resort at Reunion are handled by a 3rd party who is not even present on property. We were locked out of the house on 2 different evenings. It took well over an hour for maintenance to come from another resort to let us in to the house on both evenings. My family was left to sit out in the drive way late at night while we waited on maintenance The issue with the locks continued well into our 3rd day on the resort. On the 3rd day someone gained entrance into the home and stole over $2500 of our personal items. There are no security cameras to see who is coming and going out of the house. There were no working lights on either the front door/porch or the back door/porch. The light bulb on the front door/ porch was finally replaced on the 6th day there. We lost power to 1/3 of the house upstairs for the entire stay. There were WORMS similar to a small earthworm throughout the bottom floor. We picked up approximately 10 per day. When we addressed this to the help desk we were told that this was normal due to the orchards. There are no orchards on the resort. There were 7 dead lizards in the pool. On 2 different days the security gates No one offered any concern for the issues when brought up to the help desk. Dees 43th Birthday celebration.

We enjoyed our time at encore once again. From the private pool and jacuzzi, to the large water park and restaurant on site. Everyone, young and older were accomodated with amenities. Office retreat

Where do I start....... upon arrival we were only able to get into one of two houses we rented. The larger of the 2 was delayed because the previous renters trashed the place. 2.5 hours after check in time we were allowed in the house after we were told it was inspected and cleared for occupancy. At first things seemed ok until we were settled in. The wifi didn't work, the cable didn't work, the credit card machines didn't work at the restaurant, the home theater equipment was missing, the cues sticks to shoot pool was non existent, the vertical blinds were not all there, the coffee pot didn't work, the safe didn't work in fact the batteries were corroded what looked like years, there was a nasty bug that greeted me when waking up this morning, and the list goes on. They promised to fix the issue and the only thing they did was send an exterminator to spray. Nothing else was fixed!! Don't waste your money on this place. They don't care.
