Excellent resort for a nice vacation

The apartment unit is well designed , equipped and maintained.Near to the railway , bus station and bicycle rental shop (about 500m). You can cycle to almost all the sites except going up the hill to view Mt.Asama. where you can take a bus ride . The local restaurants especially the family owned ones provide good food at reasonable prices. An Exciting Experience in Karuizawa

Being a resident of a tropical country, it was an exciting experience for us to go to Karuizawa, Japan with its snow and cold climate. And it was great that at the end of the day, we can count on Tokyu Vacations Karuizawa to protect us from the cold and provide us convenience. The beds and sheets are clean and comfortable, there are two separate heated toilets, a bath tub and a shower, a complete kitchen and more. It is dependable when requesting for a taxi. It is also near the train station. I will recommend it to anyone. It can accommodate us all four. Being a resident of a tropical country, it was an exciting experience for us to go to Karuizawa, Japan with its snow and cold climate. And it was great that at the end of the day, we can count on Tokyu Vacations Karuizawa to protect us from the cold and provide us convenience. Excellent resort. Comfortable beds. Complete kitchen even though it is list as a studio. Full bath and a half. Two tables; original Japanese with pillows on the floor. Standard table with six chairs. Happy vacation

We were very happy with the location, though it seems a longer walk due to cold weather, which is walking distance from train station. Not much eateries around except near train station n Prince shopping plaza, a branded outlets worth to shop. Cycling is highly recommended to visit old town and be with nature. Good location

Very good location, close to the outlet stores, near the station, bike rental and car rental. The resort is clean, the reception is helpful and the room is large.
