А полотенец могло бы быть и побольше...

Я не в первый раз останавливаюсь в отеле этой сети ( перед этим была в Филадельфии) и не могу не обратить внимание на ярко выраженный минималистский подход к полотенцам. В Филадельфии, правда, это также распространялось и на пеномоющие принадлежности. Господа, два больших полотенца и одно небольшое на двух человек, у одного из которых длинные волосы, которые надо заматывать после душа, это мало. Я много езжу и часто останавливаюсь в отелях, но столь экономное отношение к полотенцам только в отелях в вашей сети. Хороший отель

Сетевой отель со стандартным комплексом услуг. Есть кофеварка с набором кассет с кофе для нее, Номер просторный, тихий, поскольку выходил во двор-колодец. испытывать персонал сложными вопросами и просьбами не пришлось. Порадовало хорошее расположение - рядом и парк Миллениум, и основные достопримечательности. Сетевой отель со стандартным комплексом услуг. Хорошее место и качество / good location and quality

RU: отличное размещение, чтобы гулять пешком, чисто, хорошая мебель. Немного шумно от дверей соседей, но это не мешает спать ночью вообще. Нет шума с улицы. На завтрак - зерновые батончики и фрукты. Чай/кофе/ вода доступны 24/7. Отель очень понравился. ENG: good location, furniture, no street noise. Fruits and grain bars for breakfast, water, coffee, tea are available 24/7. Helpful staff. Милый отель

Этот милый отель, находящийся в центре Чикаго, произвел на нас очень хорошее впечатление, получив удовольствие от приятного пребывания в нем! Идеальное месторасположение, приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, очень чистые небольшие номера, достаточно комфортно меблированные! Забронируйте этот отель-вам точно здесь понравится! Отличное расположение, совсем небольшие номера, но с отличным видом (от 30 этажа и выше). Пешеходная доступность до всех достопримечательностей. Рядом станция метро. Завтрак за доп. стоимость. Парковка - 40$ сутки, а в соседнем доме 30$, через пару домов - 26$ :) Отличное расположение, совсем небольшие номера, но с отличным видом (от 30 этажа и выше). Wonderful Stay

Prior of going, I called the customer service about requesting a room that has two beds because we might have additional guest. but the customer service said they dont have that available but when we came on the same day of our check in I was please to the front desk manager that helps us she accommodate our stay and upgrade our room. Our Check in is Thanksgiving day and the restaurant near the area are closed for the holiday. They have a free sandwiches and drinks for everyone. I think that was a nice of them to do. Also I like their water filtered machine on each floor. THe stay was great and the location and room are wonderful. Due to the absence of housekeeping services, this was a budget hotel experience.

Good location within the loop, however, the windows are fixed units and do not open. The room became stuffy at night and it was not possible to open a window. Since we were there during heating season, the mechanics of their HVAC system do not allow use of air conditioning if the room becomes warm. Heat only in heating season, Air Conditioning only in cooling season. That's it. The BIGGEST complaint I have was that we were not made aware that housekeeping services would not be provided AT ALL because of COVID. There was vague, cryptic language in the confirmation about safety during COVID, but the hotel was cagey about the absence of such a major service, UNTIL WE WERE STANDING AT THE CHECK-IN COUNTER ON ARRIVAL. They should have come right out and stated within Booking.com (and their own website) that housekeeping services were NOT going to be provided during a guests stay--no matter how long that is. It was not even possible to pay extra for them. Its one thing if a guest is staying only one or two nights. We stayed FIVE. Lots of niceties and smiles from the staff but it still did not make up for the inconvenience and disappointment. I would not stay here again. Great hotel and a wonderful location.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. I found our room more than adequate, in fact fairly large with a nice sized bathroom and shower. There were ice machines on every floor as well. There is a coffee machine in the room and you can replenish 'ingredients' at any time simply by asking. They even have a laundry downstairs with no charge for the use of the washing machines dryer or clothes washing liquid. I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. Perfect Location, Perfect Staff

We booked this hotel a couple weeks before our stay because it was one of the few places that remained at a reasonable price. There were a few reviews that rated the hotels poorly saying they were uncleanly and the “bathroom looked like a prison”. This could not be more false. If you’re expecting a stay at the Four Seasons, then book at the Four Seasons — simple as that. CQ’s customer service was outstanding. Everyone was polite and accommodating from the moment we walked through their doors. The elevator requires a room key for access which I liked. Our room was small, but this was expected since we chose the smallest room and it’s in the city. It had enough room for what we needed, it was clean, the bathroom had a good sized shower and counter space, and the bed was comfortable. Yes, the walls are thin, but I promise you after a long day of walking around the city, you will knock out with ease. Not to mention, you’re walking distance from almost everything and if you’re more of an uber person, you’ll get everywhere within 10-15 min if not less. Our checkout was seamless and since our flight didn’t leave for 6 hours after our check out, they graciously held our luggage till then so we could continue to explore Chicago. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and I’d 100% stay again no questions asked. Stay Elsewhere

No mini fridge. Door was opened by someone and left open. This was scary. Trash was found underneath bed. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so it was foggy and wet every time we showered. Avoid.
